Kind, helpful reception staff with great vets and nurses. I have brought my pets to this surgery for many years. They offer pet plans and insurance options to help budget for unexpected problems. Definitely recommend 🐈

We are an animal rescue and Darley House has been our vet of choice to care for rabbits and other rodents and birds (including wild birds) for years. We find the vets to be highly knowledgeable, friendly and consumately interested in the animals. We were worried when the practice was sold to a larger concern, but it doesn't seems to have had any negative effect on any aspect of the care and service provided. Highly recommended!

I had to take my dog to see Mr Nolan following an eating issue. As always he was immediately able to diagnose and arrange treatment to rectify the issue. He always remembers Freddie, our dog, and shows genuine care for him. I feel very confident taking Freddie to him for any issues. He is friendly and professional and I would recommend him anybody asking where to take their pet

Cant fault this vets, my chocolate lab Eva but we called her Deebs, wasnt registered here, but on 4th March it was time for her to go, being almost 12 years old she was struggling. I rang that morning & got an appointment for the same afternoon for her to be put to sleep. The vet who dealt with us was so lovely. She gave us space & time with eva after she passed away, she didnt rush us, explained things & was very patient. Even the reception staff were so lovely & empathetic. Id arranged with them to have an individual cremation for Eva too. I got a sympathy card through the post a couple of days later, today (13th march) i got a phone call to say she was back to be collected. Inside the bag was her ashes, some seeds to scatter in the garden, a shaving of her fur in a little glass jar & paw prints. Thank you so much for everything youve done. You made this process slightly easier for us. Deebs will forever be missed.

When you need a new vets, you desperately hope the staff are welcoming, kind & genuinely love animals. That is the epitome of Darley House Vets - everyone in this building from the reception staff to the actual vets are so compassionate, caring & genuinely great people. Each and every time we take our Newfie they are always fantastic. I've had many dogs over the years & haven't found one what comes as close to Darley House Vets for the best service. Super pleased & super grateful to you always, thanks!

Excellent little vets, previously with vets4pets and clearly only care about money, had a problem with my rottweiler as he had cancer they advised as if it was his own dog was very compassionate, nursing staff for librella injections were amazing, friendly, professional and compassionate! having a rottweiler can be off putting to some due to size and reputation but he actually pulls to go in every time we walk past because he loves his visits so much and just how much the staff spoil him with attention !

We’ve just brought in our senior cat, Tigga, and had an excellent experience. The Vet was lovely and has Tig’s best interests at heart, she also explained different options and the treatment process (Very helpful because I’m autistic). The receptionists were lovely too and got me registered and with an appointment 🐈 Thank you so much. Hugely recommend.
