Scruffles was thoroughly checked over at her health review. Whatever question we asked the vet it was answered with lots of information and in detail. If we asked for a specific thing to get checked over by the vet this wasnt too much trouble and we were given a lot of advice and information on that subject such as what we could do to help with scruffles arthritis in her back legs. The vet was very friendly and knowledgeable and put us at ease with our concerns about our fur baby. All the staff including reception staff seemed very pleasant and professional and we would highly recommend their services. We have been with petmedics for over 9 years now and wouldn’t go to any other vets. The waiting area was very clean and we were allowed to sit in the cat waiting area due to our dog not getting along with other dogs as there was already another dog in the dog waiting area. We would highly recommend petmedics to anyone and you will not be disappointed by their services

Amazing vets with extremely helpful vets. All the team go out their way for you and your pet to make sure they feel as comfortable as possible, the ladies on reception are always really friendly; especially Stephanie! She’s lovely. Elysia has been ever so wonderful throughout the treatment of two of our cats and we really can’t thank her enough for all her kind caring words and professional suggestions. We feel so at peace and confident with all our decisions because I know she thinks about the animal first which is the most important thing. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Adam Jones, who has been caring for my Border Collie, Mylo, my Maltese, Floppy, and also for our other family pets, Filo and Zayren. He has consistently shown great care, kindness, dedication and professionalism in every visit. Dr Adam always takes the time to explain everything clearly and does his absolute best for each animal. His perspective, attention to detail and genuine compassion make a huge difference and give us great peace of mind. I would also like to thank all the veterinary team and the reception staff, who are always welcoming, helpful and kind. The care and respect shown towards our pets mean a great deal to me and my family. We truly couldn’t be happier or more grateful for the excellent care provided. Thank you all very much.

Made an appointment for 10.40am and was seen bang on time. A very nice and polite lady Sam seen to my cat Freddie. She’s recommended he sees an eye specialist to which I agreed. I’m very happy with everything there including the receptionist who was also very polite.look forward to seeing you all again 7th January hoping we get Freddie’s eye mended.

Can’t recommend pet medics enough (both the hospital and the smaller practice)- I have been there many of times over the years and They have always been brilliant with all of my pets but mainly my rabbits. I have to thank Adam mainly for helping diagnose one of my rabbits with a condition. The knowledge he has is incredible and nothing is ever to much. Thank you to all of the team for always caring and and giving excellent service 😊 ps anyone struggling to find a vets with rabbit knowledge this is your place to go 😊
