I can’t say enough nice things about the team and practice. Vets Sophie, John and Avneet kept me updated twice daily whilst Bob was in ICU. The nurses that cared for him round the clock as if he was their own, the lovely nurse at discharge that walked me through his treatment plan and the reception team that were super helpful and kind during such a difficult time for Bob and for me. I felt extremely confident he was in the best hands whilst so poorly. He’s still recovering but is getting better as each day passes 🧡

I want to express my sincere thanks to the vet who looked after Eric (8227409). Eric is an elderly cat who was abandoned by my former neighbor. While I am not his official owner, I treat him as a friend; I feed him and bring him inside during bad weather. When his back legs started failing, the vet was incredibly professional, thoroughly explained the situation, and we agreed on a pain-relief plan to keep him comfortable. Unfortunately, the administrative process for his repeat medication has been incredibly confusing and frustrating. Last Friday morning, I ordered his pain killers via Animed and called the reception to provide Eric’s details and the order number. I was assured the prescription would be sent that day. By Monday, Animed emailed stating they hadn't received it. I called the clinic again at 12:39 PM and was promised a follow-up. At 5:31 PM, a vet called to say it was approved. However, by Tuesday afternoon, Animed still had nothing. I then received another call from reception asking me to come in and buy the medicine physically, despite having already explained it was an online order. Eric is nearing the end of his life, and my only goal is to keep him comfortable in his remaining time. The veterinary care here is wonderful, but I truly hope the clinic can streamline and improve their prescription management process to avoid this kind of distress for caregivers.

Zuzana was brilliant, the care she showed both my rabbit and myself was second to none. I was a nervous wreck bringing him to a conscious CT scan and when she mentioned sedation I genuinely felt my world crumble. I don't know why I panicked as he was in such competency, caring hands. For someone who isn't a rabbit specialist she did right by us today. Could not fault her practice A huge thank you to the reception staff for checking in, offering hot drinks and letting us stay there whilst he had his scan and recovery. Outstanding practice. We are absolutely pooped from our trip and procedure but bringing him home again was worth the world.

My dog had an eye injury, arrived and seen within 20 minutes. Reception amazing and very kind and understanding, supportive. My mum was anxious and the team were accommodating to her needs whilst caring for our dog. A nurse within 20 minutes assessed our dogs eye, and following that she was taken into the back to be treated. We then were called in and told our dog had an ulcer on her eye and she was cuddling with the nurses in the back, the vet was so kind and gave us all the information we needed to know for her recovery. We cannot remember the names of everyone but on that day the people who looked after our dog was on the 21st February. Sally I believe was the name of the vet who helped us and she was amazing so kind and caring. Thank you so much 😊

Recently brought my dog in for an emergency as she was suddenly unwell where she had to stay overnight. Thank you to everyone who took fantastic care of my Nala. We were then referred to ChesterGate for an MRI scan where we now have a diagnosis. Also a massive appreciation to Sam who looked after Nala and was liaising back and fourth with me. Thank you once again

Recently had to bring in my cockatiel for emergency treatment. Have to say they were absolutely fantastic, really caring, clear around setting expectations and helped our little birdie with her sore leg. Couldn't have asked for more and now we have a very happy, mobile birdie again. Thank you so much. Picture of happy, snoozing chicken included as tax.

Took my cat Milo to this place 23rd December 2024 !! My god I wish I didn't !! After our brief chat showing our concern, ( not eating very well ) they took him to be examined .. Only to bring him back with an Intravenouse on a shaved area on Milos leg .. We were waiting for information from the so called VET .!! ( perthetic perfomer ) Instead of explaining to us, he stated to ask me questions ! WHY ?? He made up an assumption bassed on what information he got out of us instead of giving me any facts ... He said Milo is suffering and will not last a day its best to put him down .... Milo in front of us laying on his blanket on the table meowing asking me to take him home .. I should have took Milo home give him every chance let him see snow ( he never seen before from the window ) his favorite place ... I am sure Milo probably have recoverd, pulled though, or be in his home and die naturally if that was so ..!? I will never trust any Vet .!! Wildlife outside your window live pefectly well without them... All out for money no Morals, dont trust any Vetenary practices .....

We came in with our beautiful dog on Tuesday. Sadly she had to be put to sleep, however the ladies could not have been more lovely, helpful and reassuring. From helping us get Pixie in to the vets, to seeing her promptly, giving her and ourselves comfort. Thank you. We are truly devastated but when we remember her last moments it was so peaceful. The vet had given us time with pixie before and after, which had given a lot of comfort. And today we received our card! Thank you so much
