Arrived 10 mates before my appointment, as my cats are new patients, got there early to see if there was anything to fll out or discuss. Receptionist just checked me in and told me to take a seat. I then waited 30 minutes past my appointment time as the vet had an emergency. There were 4 people in reception not one mentioned they were even running behind or that there was a delay until I asked 15 minutes after my appointment time, even then no apology was offered just a "further 15-20 min wait" I know they were all sat there for an hour doing absolutely nothing bit gossiping, oh and providing the odd prescription to a patient now and again but most of us dont get paid to sit around and wait... 40 minutes with no explanation is just shocking. The only reason ive given any stars is because of Janice (the vet) was amazing. First thing she did was apologise for the wait then it was straight on to my cats. Shes really professional and caring and explained everything fully. Thank you for actually giving me a decent customer experience Janice.

My little boy has a allergy against pollen! Last year they prescribed him tablets for that & it stopped him itching anyway I had 4 left he started itching again so gave him 1 tablet it stopped I called the vets to give me a perscription only to be to told that He would have to see the vets again the cost then would increase a further £45 on top of the tablets, I thought it was all about a duty of care & not to see how much they can make out people! As I couldn't afford to pay this I am now at a loose end & my little boy will have to suffer on with this condition!

Brilliant vet Janice cheung who performed a surgical procedure on our staffordshirebull terrier Dobby this morning involving a split claw slight, fracture to right paw also the rest of the staff for there kindness dobbys absolutely fine once again thank you Janice 💙

We had to have our 16 year old dog put to sleep, I want to thank all the team at T A irving for their help and advise over the years. A special thank you to Michaela who has been great with Noodles and her personal phone call after she had heard that Noodle had passed.

Had to have my 18 year old cat put to sleep today and the compassion and understanding that was shown by everyone at the vets was outstanding. My boy went so peacefully and was surrounded with love and care. The vet was excellent and lovely with me too. Would highly recommend this vets and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great service, we’re able to top up my new puppy’s vaccinations without question. I’ve moved to this vet for both dogs now, as my previous vet (park vet, run by CVC) wanted to restart the vaccination program which just sounded really dodgy to me. They also offer a cheaper pet club subscription. I’m looking forward to improved care for my two doggies!
