The staff are friendly and professional. These people really care about your pet and provide the best service possible. Big thanks to Alison and Joshua who went above and beyond to help my dog Teddy. With their help, Teddy is on his way to a full recovery. I cannot recommend this practice enough. You and your pet are in safe hands.

Would just like to express my heartfelt thanks to Allison. She treated us with such care and sympathy when we had to put our pet rat to sleep. She is a real credit to the company. Despite not being a cat or dog, Allison still came over and comforted us, making a fuss out of our rat too. She knew all of the right words to say to reassure us and made the whole situation 10 times easier. The vet, Michael, was also absolutely fantastic and explained everything with so much care. Thank you so much to both of you for making our very hard situation so much easier. We will now be using Vets4Pets for our dog, who is currently at a different vets in Bury, solely due to the huge amount of care we felt today.

Amazing nurses and doctors so every time we come they know exactly how to deal with our dogs. One has some trust issues and loves his ball so vet always make sure he feels comfortable and plays with a ball with him for few throws. We always feel in professional hands once we in the room, however the receptionist staff is so rude. As soon as we need to book an appointment we always dreading to call as we know we won't be greeted nicely over the phone or once we come in. Real shame, as we going to use vets4pets only for yearly vaccinations but for more serious reasons we definitely choosing someone else purely because of reception staff.

Very rude receptionists! I visited for my dogs annual vaccination today. I was given the time of 11.40am which I immediately wrote down in my diary. I got there and stated my name and appointment time, I was told my appointment was 1pm! The way she spoke to me made me feel stupid. I checked my diary and sure enough 11.40 was the time given so I went back to ask them to check again and showed them my diary entry. They told me that 11.40am is the last appointment before dinner and if 2 are booked simultaneously then 1pm would be the next available appointment. I stated i was unhappy about this and asked why i wasn't contacted to be told my appointment had been changed. Another receptionist piped up IF THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED!! Clearly Inferring that it was MY mistake. I got no apology for the mix up, just spoken to as if I was stupid. Consequently I had to hang around the area on a bitterly cold day as it wasn't worth going home. Your vets are ok but reception staff- your customer service needs improving!

Do NOT buy prescription unless you have researched !!! Bought a prescription for advocate. There was 12 months expiry date on it. I lost two of my dogs so didn’t have to order until later in the year. Prescription was not accepted online as stated can only give 6 months. Showed the Vet said didn’t know about 6 mths. No refund or new prescription. Bought another prescription for Librela after consultation. Really didn’t want to start my dog on this but was encouraged by vet, the sooner the better. Injection 1 x monthly. I went home researched it, didn’t like the possible side effects, decided or my dog relying on an injection that can according to public view only last 2 Wks pain relief, when she’s doing really well on oral meds. They won’t change the prescription to oral or refund. POOR, POOR, POOR !!!!!!!! !!!!! WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN EXCEPT FOR VACS FOR LIFE ALREADY PAID FOR.
