  I cannot recommend the team at Vets4Pets Staines enough! We recently took our dog, Rosie, in for a dental cleaning, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The process was incredibly smooth. I was naturally a bit nervous about the procedure, but the staff provided plenty of care and kept us updated throughout the day, which really put my mind at ease. After the cleaning, they took the time to have a very thorough discussion with us about Rosie’s results and provided a clear, actionable plan for maintaining her dental hygiene at home. The staff are clearly very knowledgeable and maintain a high level of professionalism, yet they are also warm and genuinely care about the animals. To top it all off, the pricing was great and very transparent. A quick tip for other dog owners: Please don't overlook your dog's dental hygiene! It makes such a massive difference to their overall health and comfort. If you're looking for a team you can trust, look no further than Vets4Pets Staines.   Always amazing and welcoming staff every time we come in from the front desk to the vets, my two cats always have a stress free visit as well as myself and I come away from all appointments feeling relaxed and content with the experience. All staff are also easy to talk to with any concerns or questions and take the time for each client to feel a sense of belonging to the vets. Delilah and King Boo also send everyone on the team a huge thank you for looking after them both so beautifully

  Can't recommend enough. They always go above and beyond for my little pup who does like to cause me stress. Will always fit her in and answer any questions when I ring without hesitation. Great friendly team that really do care👏

  Grace, Mel, and Sarah contacted me and helped me when my cat had been missing for 8 weeks. All three of them are absolutely fantastic women. They are kind, well-trained, caring, and truly compassionate. I’m so grateful to know that people like this still exist. I honestly cannot thank you enough for everything you’ve done.   This is my Elvis’ favourite place to visit (even considering some circumstances) because the team are just so friendly and fuss him so much! i feel so at ease visiting here every time and they always have answers to all of my annoying questions! Elvis loves his best friends, Chloe and Kerry❤️ thank you for all your help and everything you’ve done for us so far! we love you!

  I cannot fault the staff at Staines branch of Vets4pets. Needed a local vet in an emergency and took our chihuahua to them after a quick triage phone call. Staff were waiting for us and swooped to take Lola through for examination. Ultimately Lola was too poorly to save. All the staff showed great compassion, kindness and care towards Lola and us. They gave my daughter as much time as she needed and ensured we were ok. The after care was just as caring too. So many little paw and nose prints, and some fur clippings saved for us. Something I hadn’t expected but much appreciated. Everything dealt with sensitivity and professionalism. Thank you to you all for making an unexpected death a bit easier to deal with.
