Charlie has suffered with pain regarding trapped nerves in his spine. We consulted the vets at madeley who suggested Librela to ease the pain which he started monthly. Charlie is an extremely nervous little dog who isn’t afraid to bite and has a strong aversion to strangers. The vets and nurses at madeley vets 4 pets have been nothing but patient and understanding with him, working to gain his trust every appointment. He now will happily munch away on treats whilst getting his injection and even a fuss. He also is more himself now and doesn’t suffer from pain. Thank you guys!

I have never been keen on this vets and wasn't sure why , I didn't need there service very often so just stuck with them , untill my dog started limping on her back leg, took her to see the vet who never x-rayed her leg but told me she has snapped her cruciate, which I accepted , they know more then me. Anyway was told she would need surgery but they can't do it , referred to another who wanted 3k , which is fine as I know vets aren't cheap but in all of this I realised they are not in the job for the love of animals it's purely for money, over the 4 years no one as ever stroked or interacted with my dog at all, no one as called to see if nala had her operation or to even see how she is , all iv had is them reminding me to open my purse for annual vaccinations again. I just feel this vets don't offer any kind of love or support towards your pet

took my dog here last week and they were absolutely wonderful with her. she typically gets a bit anxious at the vet, but they handled her with such calmness this time. it was great to feel like they truly listened instead of hurrying us along.

Went there today to pick my pets flee and worm tablets up, I questioned why the prescription had changed, and was met with a rude response from the receptionist. She back chatted me, and basically called me a liar, so I’m going to cancel my monthly subscription and move somewhere else where my business is appreciated! The last time I was there I heard one of the reception staff being rude on the phone to a customer, now it’s happened to me, since Ed the main vet left this practice really has gone down hill.

Normally I have nothing but praise for the vets, but this visit was not what I'm used to. A vet I've not seen before who didn't read any info about my dog before seeing us, which isn't helpful when your dog has an ongoing issue and you have to start at the beginning. Hopefully next time will be more positive

I would highly recommend Vets4Pets Madeley, Nathan and the team are very professional, kind and caring and took extra special care with my 11 year old collie after having dental surgery. After going in for a check up as he has a heart murmur Nathan said that his skin condition around his mouth was related to his poor dental hygiene (which was never mentioned at my previous vets) and recommended he had some bad teeth removed and a full clean which was a concern due to his heart condition as he needed a general anaesthetic but they took such care in him and me as I was extremely nervous about it! He was absolutely fine during the surgery thanks to their special care and made a speedy recovery. Everything was explained in detail and this put me at ease before, during and after. You always get greeted with a friendly smile when you arrive and everyone is personable and makes you feel calm during a stressful time. Thank you Nathan and team, keep up the amazing work
