Great service got my dog seen at short notice with a skin complaint. We saw a male vet who we haven’t seen before he was wonderful took the time to do a thorough examination, treated his wounds and gave verbal and written advice in regards to allergies, diet change's and treatments. It’s nice to visit a vet who actually gives you and your animal the time of day. Receptionist was wonderful too.

Receptionist Cat/Kat is amazing. Lovely woman, as well as Vet doctors. They always take care of my cat Nugget so well. Only vets I have full trust in, never had any problems from Lawley Haygate. 🤍🤍

Thank you Katrina (hope that’s how you spell it). My daughter’s kitten is registered with this veterinary surgery (Lawley) they are superb. Called them in a state of distress. My 20 year old cat, who has not been to the vets for years and needed to take her last journey. Not quite knowing where to turn I called and the amount of compassion and care I got, I will be forever grateful. What seemed like impossible was made possible. My beautiful cat was put to sleep, calm and relaxed. Big thanks to the Oakengates surgery for this. I highly recommend both branches.

Make sure you have an agreed charge before getting anything done. They operate on a word of mouth basis of what they will charge you. After explaining the issue of an incorrect charge, the vet straight up lied on what was said and used some of the most bizarre excuses that I don't even feel comfortable stating in this review. Even for simple procedures you will be shocked at the charge. Just be careful. There are plenty of better vets out there.

Cannot recommend enough! My puppy Slinky always feels relaxed (and actually excited!) to go to the vets! They are always so kind and cannot do enough for us and our Slinky. I cannot fault them and am grateful for all their assistance so far especially for how good they've been with him for his initial vaccinations! Customer service is second to none and booking appointments is never an issue, they also offer alternative branches if they don't have a date/time available to suit us. Thank you again Lawley branch!
