Genuinely can’t recommend this vet practice enough. Even after moving further away, we still choose to come back here because the level of care is so exceptional. Every member of staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and clearly cares deeply about the animals they look after. The vets and nursees themselves are knowledgeable, thoughtful and always take the time to explain things properly. What really stands out is that it never feels like they’re trying to push unnecessary treatments or appointments (which sadly can happen elsewhere). They completely understand that one of my cats gets very stressed by vet visits and they’ve always been considerate about avoiding unnecessary trips in where possible, often offering helpful advice over the phone instead. Just a genuinely wonderful practice that treats both pets and owners with kindness and respect. Thank you for keeping my two boys happy and healthy!

I was recommended The Grove vets by a work colleague as my Springer Spaniel needed cruciate ligament surgery and my current vet (a much bigger, multiple practice) would not do a direct insurance claim with my insurer. It was such a worrying time for us but as soon as I met Andy and the team, I was completely reassured that they were the right people to help us. It is clear to see that the animals welfare is the main priority here, rather than money. The care all the staff showed my dog (and me) throughout the whole experience was second to none. Regular check ins with us over the phone and in person, talking us through each step taken. Tash, who deals with the insurance side of things also kept me in the loop and made the whole process as pain free as possible. Will not go anywhere else now and 100 percent recommend

Grove Vets are an incredible independent practice. They truly went above and beyond to help my cat, Sonny. Their personal, compassionate service not only helped Sonny feel better, but also made me, as his owner (and very anxious parent!), feel calm and reassured throughout. They really are the best vets we’ve ever had. Super grateful, 10,000/10.

I cannot rate this vets highly enough. After being a customer of a corporate vet for far too long, the level of customer care and genuine concern for my dogs is a breath of fresh air. All the staff are friendly and I don't feel pressurised into any extra purchases. Huge praise and respect for this family run vets with fantastic staff.

The nicest vets and nurses you’ll ever meet. They’re so kind and respectful to both clients and their beloved pets. So grateful to them for the high standard of care they have provided both of my greyhounds

We are very thankful for the incredible care, compassion and professional service we receive from Andy, Amy and the vet team at Grove Vets. We were recommended these vets for a laparoscopic spay and since then we have stayed with them as our chosen vet for our dog. Our dog was extremely anxious about going to the Vet, so for our first consultation, Andy came outside and discussed the procedure with me so Kala, our Pharaoh Hound could get used to his presence and associate positive things with this place. I also felt immediately at ease, since he is quite familiar with this breed of dog. Kala is now able to wait inside at the vet practice whereas before she would need to be carried to the examination room. Update: She now chills out completely after having seen the vet in the waiting room. We've come a long long way.
