Took my dog in for his annual injection and arranged to pick up spot on and another med. He is on the vet plan so I am kept informed as to when he needs his wormer etc. Receptionist and staff were all very friendly and Pepper was surprisingly relaxed! Believe me that is really something!!!

Dont normally do reviews but I could be happier with the service and care this vet brings , from receptionist, to nurse to vets . Everyone is sooo lovely and can really see they care about the animals, every and any questions and concerns they answer with professionalism but also very compassionately . you can tell they love there job in helping animals , with the way they handle and speak to my fur balls . I feel very safe and supported with these guys and couldn't recommend them more . Thanks again and lots of live from Frank and babs xx

Very good vets, kind and compassionate and very caring towards my cats. About 4 years ago I took my 21 year old cat here who needed immediately putting down after she’d had a severe seizure. She had been quite unwell and suffering old age. Even though I’d never been to this vet before and wasn’t registered, they went above and beyond to fit me in within a couple of hours. One of the vets came back from their lunch break early to help. Since then I’ve been taking all my new cats there since they were kittens. They do a ‘kitten package’ which saves a bit of money which includes vaccinations, a microchip (which gets inserted whilst under anaesthetic during neutering, the neutering procedure isn’t included) and a bag of dry kitten food.

I have a five-year-old lurcher. He has always been to Animal House Vets on Northview. The staff always make him welcome. The vet, Isabelle, and nurse, Alex, go out of their way to make him feel at ease.

Fabulous vets. Warm and friendly welcome. My dog absolutely loves going to vets! (luckily only for vaccinations) but they offer great advice. Highly recommend.

Small friendly practice where both the nurse and Vet took our concerns seriously. Having booked our appointment saying our dog was struggling to walk and was very aggressive she walked in without a limp and behaved impeccably but we were not made to feel stupid! The Vet went out of her way not to spook the dog and suggested we dropped by when we were passing to get the dog used to the surgery. All good so far!

Probably one of the best vets in Bristol, definitely know how to handle pets and worried owners! Had to go in there nearly everyday for a week with my cat, they have been giving me updates every few hours to let me know how he's doing. They do listen to the owners concerns and try to understand the worries, then act accordingly. The atmosphere in the clinic is also very good, you are greeted with a smile and from the moment you call them you feel as if you are in good hands.
