VETCall Veterinary Surgery is conveniently situated in a central location, making it accessible for pet owners residing in Greater London and nearby towns. Our practice caters for a wide variety of animals including Birds, Cats, Dogs, and Small Mammals, and our goal is to provide the highest level of care for every pet that walks through our doors.

Our practice is staffed by a team of highly qualified and experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses led by Mr. Stephen Posnett, BVSc MSc MSc(VetGP) MRCVS, who is our Principal Veterinary Surgeon. Mr. Posnett has an impressive track record of treating animals and has experience in both small and large animal medicine. Along with Mr. Posnett, we have two more experienced and empathetic veterinarians, Mr. Benjamin Cranke, BVSc MRCVS, and Dr. Scot Roberts, BVSc MRCVS.

Our team of veterinary nurses is equally qualified and passionate about their work. Miss Kelly Hurren, RVN, leads our team of nurses and takes care of various tasks such as running clinics, giving advice to pet owners, and carrying out treatments. She is assisted by four other equally talented nurses, Miss Zoe Curtis, Miss Natasha Eskelsen, Miss Francesca Nastrucci, and Miss Zoe Speck. Our veterinary team works closely together to ensure that all pets receive the utmost care and attention they deserve.

We understand that for many pet owners, finding an available appointment time for their furry friend can be challenging, especially with busy work schedules. That’s why we prioritize our client’s convenience and have flexible opening hours to accommodate our client’s various needs. We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. For Sunday, we’re open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

To enhance the care we provide, our facilities are designed with safety, comfort, and effectiveness in mind. Additionally, we have a client car park and disabled public access to ensure that visiting our practice is accessible to all pet owners. Our team is experienced in handling pets of all dispositions and takes pride in providing stress-free care.
