Had cause to bring my puppy Winston twice through eating things he shouldn’t. The vet was fantastic. He had to stay for observation for a day and was treated like a VIP. I’m so happy I chose this veterinary practice. Thankyou so much we’re very happy

Can't fault this practice. Everyone, from reception to the vets and vet techs, has always been so lovely and understanding of my nervous little dog. Kim in particular has always listened to my concerns, believed me when I said I thought my dog was in pain, and been willing to trial pain and behaviour meds to see what could help. My dog recently had surgery at the practice and even though it's never pleasant to leave your pet behind to have surgery, being able to drop him off before pets at home opened so it was quiet and less stressful was amazing, and I knew he was in safe hands throughout.

Got my fluffy kitty spayed here. Was very worried but they finished very quickly, even let me get her earlier than I thought I could. She jumped back in 2 weeks. Amazing team answered all my questions especially a very nice girl and very knowledged and gave me all the answers to my questions and she was happy to help which eased me a lot. Very happy and I recommend 100000000/10 . :) little Mari stretching

Hi team, I feel you deserve this nice review. I’ve been bringing my dog Tommy here for a while, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The team is always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely caring. You can really feel how much they love animals and take pride in what they do. The quality of care and service is outstanding, and everyone is so kind and attentive. We couldn’t ask for a better vet — highly recommended!

Our dog Daisy recently had cruciate ligament surgery. It was quite worrying for us but from the very first consultation through to diagnosis, surgery and aftercare I found I found every one at Companion Care caring and compassionate. They put us at ease and their service was truly amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to everyone at Companion Care.

We used to go to the Chingford branch and the staff were friendly. Most recently my mother took an adopted guinea pig she had adopted from the Vets for pets store who had developed a large tumour. Chingford store vets quoted my elderly mother £1028 to operate. I called the Tottenham Hale vets for pets veterinary practice for a comparable costing, who booked her in that day and after a consultation operated successfully and charged £518. 🙏

We had an emergency with our hamster today when we thought he’d swallowed some poison. We could not get a small animal specialist interested but Companion Care agreed to see him after trying to get a specialist to help. They were the only helpful vets I spoke to - thank you so much to the very kind reception team - and the vet was amazing with him. I was worried about a vets in a chain store but they far exceeded my expectations. They made space to see Squeaks, dealt with the poison hotline to estimate the right dosage, and treated him (and me) with real kindness. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you.
