I cannot thank Dr. Nicoleta Neagu enough for everything she did for my cat during such a frightening time. My cat needed emergency surgery for pyometra, and from the moment we arrived, Dr. Nicoleta was incredibly kind, compassionate, and reassuring. She treated my cat with so much care and tenderness, and she truly went above and beyond to make me feel calmer and supported throughout the whole experience. Her professionalism and dedication were amazing, but what touched me the most was her empathy and the genuine love she has for animals. She constantly reassured me that my cat was in good hands and did everything possible to help her recover safely. Thanks to Dr. Cavo, my cat is doing so much better now, and I will always be grateful for the care she provided. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful, skilled, and truly caring veterinarian.

We brought our puppy here for a first consultation which cost £56 - the vet did absolutely nothing. When we asked questions we were just told ‘oh he’ll be fine’. We brought with us his vaccination card and were told he has a few weeks left until he needs his last one. However after checking with another vet after lack of confidence we were told we had missed the cut of point by a couple of days and had to start the process all over again. Meaning that we cannot bring our puppy out on walks for an additional 3 weeks. We are so disappointed with the knowledge and care of the vets at this practice.

I'm so happy to have a Vets4Pets local to where I live. They have a fantastic range of animals and the staff are amazing 👏🏼

Awful and money centred . Vets are always running late with no apology and once you're in, they rush you out. Wouldn't recommend!

I went with my cat. It was sick, weak and with black spots that appeared around the mouth. The vet, was very good, checked the cat well and recommended many blood tests urgently to find out what the cat had. Until here it was a good service, the test was supposed to take max two weeks. After 3 weeks we started calling because we didn't receive any call about the results. Then they found out that the samples were retained in the EU border. Nobody did anything if I don't get upset and call. We took the cat back for another set of tests and again the same happened. More than two weeks passed, nobody did a follow up. Nobody apologised, just blaming someone else, and in all these, two months have passed without results. In the second test, they send the results to another Vet clinic, without informing me. In my opinion they are completely incompetent and you can't trust them with an emergency for your loved pet. Except the Vet doctor, the receptionist and the organisation have one of the worst customer services I have ever seen. They don't help you, don't give a solution, therefore put in risk your pet due procrastination. Fortunately, my cat recovered from what he had alone and now it's healthy and happy.

Always excellent service. I have three cats registered here and have annual checkups. One of my cats is a stray. I am always impressed with the advice and guidance I receive when I call for help. I recently brought in a 16 yr old poorly stray that I called Tiger Tiger. I had found her but wanted advice on her care and possible treatment. I was told she had only 2 weeks to live as she had a heart murmur, end of life liver/kidney and heart disease. She sadly died two weeks later as stated but the vet team showed her love and care above and beyond. They were all so kind to this poorly wonderful stray. Thank you everyone.
