Cat spayed Very helpful and informative. Cat now on the mend, fingers crossed continuing to improve. Slight delay in collecting but only by 15 minutes, while staff found someone's missing dog food

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t thank the team enough for the amazing care they gave to Barnaby! From start to finish, the whole process was seamless and stress-free. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare to find a team that works together so smoothly — every member seemed to genuinely care about both Barnaby’s wellbeing and keeping me updated throughout. He was so well looked after, and I left feeling completely confident he was in the best hands possible. I’d highly recommend this vet practice to anyone looking for exceptional care and a team that truly goes above and beyond. 🐾💙

Fast appointment and good price. Friendly and good care during visit. Although disappointed that we got no follow up call or check in to make sure our beloved doggy was ok after his procedure

I have NEVER had an appointment and been called in any less than 1/2hr at least after appointment time has elapsed. Doesn’t matter what time of day. And NO-ONE reassures you that you’ll be seen soon. I think I’ll be going to eastcott like I did with my cat. I don’t think it should be an all-day event every time I come. I pay a lot for this. It’s not the NHS for pets. It shouldn’t be such a poor service.

Avoid at all costs! Deregistered my pet after absolute shambolic administration here. I completed insurance paperwork for my pet when he had an injury, which they then “lost”/didn’t pass on to the appropriate team so I had the stress of then completing it again, during an already stressful situation! Complete lack of accountability, and concerning that they can’t even get basic administrative processes right which left me with little faith in the care provided. The worst part is they now continue to chase me for a measly £8.92, sending constant emails and letters and threatening debt collection agencies. Given the inconvenience they’ve caused me as a result of their own incompetence, this should absolutely be waived. My pet is at a different vets now and we've had no issues whatsoever.

Very very poor service. I made an appointment for key hole surgery for a spay for my dog .I asked the vet that when she does the pre-op can I please have a prescription for my dogs allergy medication, she agreed as I was spending over 550.00 pounds for this procedure. On picking her up I got told I would need to make another appointment for the medication as she didn’t do this . This cost me another 56.00 pounds . And the upset of having to bring my very upset dog back the following day when she should be resting. I asked for her wounds to be looked at and was told that this appointment is for a checkup , which she would have had on the pre-op . I feel that the care is not very good, it feels like it’s all about the money . The attitude not very caring .
