Extremely worrying that this practice can’t even get the most basic of things correct. My pets and myself have been reluctantly using this place for far too long (years!) being big does not automatically make you good! However the (I think) new vet Esther was good nothing else is they always lose the good vets so I’m sure she won’t be there for long. They don’t care about your pets please don’t take them there if you do!!!

Felt that wasn't offered what I asked for on initial phone call. And given I know my dog better than Eastcott and my dog had a dental problem was not given opportunity to see a dental vet but first standard vet who just agreed with what I said was problem then referred me to have the dental check up but not before being charged 51 pounds for a consultation fee. As an OAP I found this experience far from fair.

The vet was great with our 12.5 year old staffy/whippet who recently had surgery. She removed the many staples quickly and kept our dog calm, which is no easy task. The receptionists are always welcoming and kind.Thank you all.

Had to have my dog Dougie put down not the easiest thing in the world to do. But many many thanks. Eastcott vets and staff at Clive parade For making it a bit easier . 🐕 R.I.P will be missed.

Our recent move to the area meant we needed to register with a vet. We chose Eastcott as it was already our adopted animals vet. We were extremely pleased with our first visit. A very polite and helpful receptionist when we rang. An appointment the same day. Our appointment was made very straightforward by the fact we were seen early, the staff were extremely helpful. During consultation everything was explained fully. Our follow up appointment was again conducted in the same manner. So pleased to have chosen Cricklade Road as our preferred Vet. Would recommend to others
