I’m really disappointed with my experience at this vets. There was no sense of empathy or understanding, which is the bare minimum you’d expect when you’re worried about your pet. What upset me most was how poorly my dog was treated. Instead of showing care and patience for my dog who is nervous at the vets (as majority are) they were just rough and uncaring, which made an already stressful situation even worse. I also felt judged rather than helped like I was being criticised instead of supported. To make matters worse, they even brought up a previous dog we had to have put to sleep in a way that felt completely insensitive and unnecessary. It was upsetting and unprofessional, and only added to how uncomfortable the whole experience was. I was also shocked by the treatment they suggested. For what turned out to be a simple case of conjunctivitis, they were recommending a full sedation with an estimated cost of £350–£400. We decided to get a second opinion, and our new vets treated it with eye drops for just £35. The difference in both approach and cost really makes you question their judgement. When we raised our concerns, the manager was also rude. There was no apology at any point. The only thing we were asked was whether we wanted to cancel the registration for our other pet. There was no effort to resolve the situation or make things right, which says a lot about how they handle customer care! A vet visit should feel supportive and reassuring, but this was the complete opposite. The overall attitude was cold, unwelcoming, rude and far more judgemental than helpful. I won’t be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone who values compassionate care for their animals.

Today we had our rottweiler girl Bella put to sleep and can not thank the staff who came out to us to do this, I'm so sorry but I've forgotten the 2 ladies names. They were nothing but compassionate and caring towards not only Bella but us as a family. From start to finish they were amazing. Highly recommend this vet. From the bottom of our hearts thankyou ❤️

I'd like to say a massive thank you to all the team. We sadly lost our little girl Misty a week ago. She passed away unexpectedly. The care and compassion from the team was amazing. They went above and beyond. We now have her back with us.

I can’t recommend this vets enough. They have been fantastic with my puppy right from the start, from the puppy parties that helped her socialise, to the monthly check-ins up until she turns one. Recently she was spayed and the team were amazing throughout – so understanding and reassuring, keeping us updated and looking after her as if she were their own. It’s clear they really care about the animals they treat. Thank you for always looking after her so well.

We had to have our dog put to sleep on Christmas eve after a very quick decline in her health. She was so so poorly, and in so much pain. The staff here were absolutely amazing, given the circumstances. They were patient, kind, and gave my girl a very dignified end. We couldn't have asked for more in the most difficult time. Thank you so much for taking care of our Lucy, and ensuring she's not in pain anymore. We're still so heartbroken, but your staff eased the pain a little for us. The options for urns and keepsakes are good, lovely way to ensure my Lucy stays with us forever. Thank you, once again.
