Vet Emma at Goddard’s Chingford branch is amazing. She is patient, kind, caring and is great at reassuring our very nervous Labrador! She always makes time to listen to any concerns and answer all questions. Emma also looked after our previous dog and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this branch .

Emma always treats our dog with such care and respect, she is so considerate when dealing with her various injuries or getting her vaccines. We always get great service here and recommend this vet to any dog owner.

Casper has been coming to see Emma since he was a pup (he is nearly 4) We are always welcomed and put at ease as soon as we arrive… Emma takes time each visit to welcome and make a fuss of Casper and reassure me no matter how small or big the visit is for… I always leave feeling comfortable and heard. All of the veterinary nurses are very happy and always make a fuss of Casper.

write this with great sadness that my pet was put to rest Saturday morning. I called Chingford branch on Friday morning and spoke to castle and advised him my cat had deteriorated rapidly, he was not eating or drinking, Diarrhoea, lethargy and I had to see the vet as a matter of urgency. He refused and said it’s not an emergency, we don’t have the facilities for an emergency. Why is there an emergency line then. He advised me because my cat was eating it’s not an emergency So he was calling me a lair and dismissing my cat suffering. I have spent thousands at this vet’s and they knew my cat’s medical history. I feel like I was discriminated against because I put a complaint in a few months ago regarding being mislead by a covering vet at this branch. My cat was suffering and castle had no empathy and was quite aggressive. I was emotional as I knew I was about to lose my cat I hope the calls are recorded. He also messed up on my insurance claim perviously which I let go. I hope no one experiences the loss of their animal in the way which I was treated by castle. Wanstead goddard had better people on reception but I couldn’t afford what they were offering so my pet was no longer classed as an emergency. Goddard is not the same as it use to be. It’s all about the money not the animal suffering. My cat was put to sleep at house and Jackson a day later, the vet confirmed it was the kindest thing to do.

Highly recommend. The lovely vet Emma and the team were incredible in supporting my hamster Pippin and went above and beyond in showing her the care, compassion, kindness and expertise she deserved right until the end. We felt informed, involved and advised every step of the way. I can’t thank you enough for making this difficult time slightly more bearable and I will forever be grateful for the exceptional care we received from you. Thank you!

Emma must be the best vet in the world. As a first time owner I wasn’t sure what great medical care for your pet would look like but we certainly got it at this place. My little pup loves going there and she is so well looked after. Emma ensures it is a good experience for everyone and now I have a young dog who loves going to the vets - imagine that! Every question I ever had was answered with patience und understanding and I am so grateful that we found this place!

I can’t thank Emma @ Goddards Chingford enough and her whole team. Our blue was really poorly over the last few weeks and the support she has provided and the unconditional love that she gave blue was mind blowing. My family and I can’t express our gratitude. I will always recommend any friends with pets to have this brand look after their pets. Thanks Emma and the team again.
