I was a client of this practice for many years and, during my cat’s life, I felt he was generally cared for well. That is why it is so upsetting to be writing this. After my cat passed away in February, I had specifically requested fur clippings and a paw print as part of the aftercare arrangements. When I collected his ashes and noticed these were missing, I was told they had been done and were being kept at the office due to refurbishment works, and that I should return later to collect them. When I did return, I was then told they had never been done at all and had simply been overlooked. This has been deeply distressing. It is not only the loss of something meaningful, but also that I was incorrectly reassured it had been done, leaving me for weeks believing it was waiting for me. Unfortunately this has soured my trust in the practice at a time when care, dignity and attention to detail matter most. Over the years I also noticed a high turnover of vets, which at times made continuity of care feel difficult. While my cat did receive good care during his life, this final experience and the communication around it have left me feeling very let down towards the end of his life.

Maybe the most efficient vet reception team in the world. Answers emails within same hour, and calls are answered quickly, no passing around from one person to another. So caring as well, I can feel that they really care about their work. I was running 1 minute over and they already called to check where I am! :D Thank you team.

The team are very nice and caring. A big special thank you to Sabrina, the chief nurse. She provided excellent care for my cat. Her knowledge and advice was so helpful. She explained everything about my cat's treatment very clearly, and she and Amy kept me updated during his treatment.

Excellent VET service, i just love how all the staff at Village vet kensal green are so friendly, helpful & patient! My 6yr old dog Caesar has been with them for 6yrs! He recently had teeth extractions done and the staff and main vet called Isaco is so lovely. Isaco explained everything to me before Caesars appt and was so reassuring, he even called me once Caesar was under anaesthetic to let me know all was ok and called again once Caesar had finished the procedure. My 5month old Puppy Kaiser is also with Village vet & again, they have been amazing! If you are looking for a brilliant vet with A Star service, i highly reccomend them! Thank you to Isaco & all the staff at Village Vet Kensal Green for being so AMAZING!! X

I can highly recommend the vets and staff, very patient with my numerous questions. Extremely efficient and caring, we have been with them for seven months including my puppy being Spayed, the aftercare was brilliant.
