I've been recommended this clinic for years and finally decided to give them a go. I must say all of my positive expectations were met and exceeded. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and my vet Georgie was wonderful and she also down-sold me medications unlike every other vet I have used in the last 4 years in London. I will now be bringing my 5 year old Australian Cattle Dog here every time. Support your local independent vet :-). Very reasonable prices, you don't feel ripped off as is usually the case these days with chain clinics.

I’ve used this vets several times and have had professional service from all but since Andrew died the service is going downhill I had to have my 17 year old dog put down at the beginning of September.. the experience was awful.. we were kept waiting for ages and when we went into the treatment room the vet ( a middle aged American woman) couldn’t have been any less caring .. after she sedated my dog she led him out out the treatment room back into reception while she treated another customer..due to the sedation my dog just collapsed in a heap on the floor .. after she treated the other patient we were called back in.. my dog was practically unconscious by then.. the receptionist and the vet had to carry him in to them so the final injection.. my dog did not deserve this cold uncaring treatment.. he deserved respect and care not the cold uncaring treatment he received I will never again use this place It’s a shame because Andrew work so hard for the great name his veterinary once had

Dr Carmichael was an excellent vet. He had treated one of my dogs and cats, and two of my mother’s dogs over the last 17 years, providing fair priced and caring treatment. Whilst Dr Carmichael passed away February 2025, the team at Addison & Holland Park surgery have worked hard to maintain his legacy. Overall, they’ve achieved this by providing the same level of care: (Vet Georgie was very caring when consulting my dog), and staff Sarah and Wendy continue to provide amazing advice and service at reception. Really a fantastic vet surgery where your pet will feel safe, and receive the best care possible!

If I could give more than five stars I would. To say they are amazing is an understatement and Sarah and Wendy are so helpful. This is what a vet’s surgery used to be like and we are so lucky they have suck to the old principals. We were so upset when Mr Carmichael passed away and wondered what would happen. This week our English bulldog had a problem when one side of her face swelled up and we needed to visit the clinic. The new vet was wonderful and of course so was Sarah and Wendy. They don’t try to sell you everything and their bills are so reasonable. I would recommend anyone who needs a vet to go to this clinic and they will not be disappointed. The end result is Harrie our bully is ok now.
