When we welcomed Finn into our family, we signed him up with Brook Green Village Vets for his vaccinations and health checks simply because it was local — but we honestly couldn’t be happier with that decision. Not only is the convenience great, but the care, kindness and support we’ve received from every single person there has been incredible. Every visit genuinely feels like visiting family, and Finn is always so loved and looked after. Sadly, after an accident, we ended up seeing the team far more often than we ever expected, including through surgery and recovery. During what was a really difficult and emotional time for us, everyone at the clinic went above and beyond to support both Finn and us. We feel incredibly lucky to have found a vet clinic where people truly care, and we honestly can’t thank the team enough for everything they’ve done for our little boy. 🐾💛

Brook Green Village Vets have been excellent throughout my dog’s spay. The team were clear and reassuring at every stage, which made the whole process much less stressful. Communication was straightforward and thoughtful, and the aftercare has been solid. Most importantly, my dog is happy to go back - which says a lot!

Village Vet – A Disappointing Experience On my first visit to the clinic to book an appointment, the lady at the reception looked at me as if questioning why I was there the moment I walked in. When I asked for some information, I was met with a very cold and unfriendly tone. At the time, I didn’t think too much of it and assumed she might just be having a bad day. On the day of the appointment, there was a different person at reception who was quite polite and chatty. She processed the procedures in the system. As my kitten was only 8 weeks old, the necessary internal and external parasite treatments and the required vaccinations were administered. However, no appointment date was given for the very important second dose vaccination, despite the fact that payment was taken immediately. During the consultation, while I was trying to ask the vet questions, I found it particularly uncomfortable that the vet kept explaining their monthly subscription system instead. I had specifically requested nail trimming when I first booked the appointment, but apart from the vaccinations, no other procedures were carried out. In short, if you truly care about and value your pets’ health, I would strongly recommend staying away from this clinic. They are far from professional. I had to urgently find another vet for my kitten’s second vaccination and had it done elsewhere. What was even more upsetting was their response instead of trying to make up for their mistake: “All the vaccinations will have to be repeated.” This left me with the clear impression that their priority is not animal health, but the money they make. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience.

I’ve been bringing my Pomeranian, Bruna, here since she was a puppy and the care has always been outstanding. Kerri-ann is absolutely brilliant calm, reassuring and genuinely caring with both Bruna and me. The clinic is spotless, the staff are welcoming, and you can really tell they love the animals.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful care we’ve received as brand-new pet owners. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. A special thank you to Keri-Ann at reception, who went out of her way to help us track down a vaccination, she was so lovely and reassuring throughout. And our vet, Joana, was incredibly patient and generous with her time, answering all of our many questions and helping us feel confident that we’re on the right track with our puppy’s care. It’s such a comfort to know we have such a supportive and friendly team looking after us. Highly recommended!

My hairless dog absolutely loves visiting this clinic—even when we accidentally pass by after hours! The staff here, from reception to the vets, are genuinely kind and caring. They always treat our pup like family, taking the time to give her treats, listen, explain, and make sure she’s comfortable. You can tell they really look out for the animals they treat. We’re grateful to have such a compassionate team nearby!
