  I had such a fantastic experience at Village Vet Backenbury, and I wanted to give a special thank you to Deborah Walker. From the very first phone call, Deborah was incredibly supportive, helpful, and kind. When I arrived at the practice, she continued to go above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcome and at ease. She took the time to patiently answer all of my many questions and made sure I fully understood everything, never making me feel rushed. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly cares so much about both the animals and the people who bring them in. Thanks to Deborah, what could have been a stressful visit turned into a very pleasant and reassuring experience. Her dedication and outstanding customer care have made a lasting impression on me. Because of her, Village Vet Backenbury will absolutely be my go-to vet from now on. Thank you again, Deborah, for being so fantastic and for making the whole experience such a positive one!

  Fantastic veterinary practice! My cat is a very anxious, sensitive kitty, but Dr. Lucija is such a lovely vet with a gentle and calm demeanour that quickly put my cat at ease. She handled all of our worries with empathy and kindness and provided all the right care! Deborah at reception was also very lovely. I’m very grateful to Village Vet Brackenbury!

  I'm a newish dog owner so worry alot about my dog (possibly a bit too much) but the staff at this vets are amazing with their care,concern and advice,my dog on our walks actually wants to go in and see them every time we pass...can't recommend them enough

  Love my cat (Simba) to bits & whilst he's a cutie pie at home, he can be a bit 'defensive' when at the vets (to put it mildly)! The regular vet I've had has been terrific at calming him and taking terrific care of him despite his heightened anxiety in that environment. The front of house has also been excellent at being prompt/informative with all communications, including liasing with my insurance provider. Highly recommend Village Vet Brackenbury to pet-parents looking for a veterinary practice that genuinely cares.

  The practice has been amazingly professional and service minded, through vaccinations and health checks. In preparation of a overseas travel, we were given last minute help to complete necessary paperwork. Had the staff not helped out at last minute, we would not have been able to bring our cat. I cannot give anything but the highest rating of the pratice, its staff and its vet, and would recommend it to anyone looking for the best care available for their pets.
