Me and my wife absolutely love this vet — it truly feels like home. The whole team is so kind and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. They take amazing care of your pets and genuinely treat them like family. We do have a cat, Skye, who doesn’t like going there 😂 … but we all know why! We highly recommend this place — the staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and professional.

The best vet clinic in the neighbourhood! Super responsive, always helpful, and most of all - so caring. We’re always welcomed with kindness and treats! Dr Charlotte is one of the most thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely wonderful vets we’ve ever met. She’s a true expert at what she does and always very thorough and understanding. And we’ve met a lot of vets, my senior collie is 13 now! Thank you so much for your incredible care and expertise, Village Vet Chiswick team, we really appreciate you!

Great experience at Village Vet Chiswick. The team is professional, calm and genuinely caring. Appointments are well organised, explanations are clear and you never feel rushed. The vet took time to walk us through the diagnosis and next steps, which built real confidence. The clinic is spotless and the overall service feels efficient yet personal. This vet practice is brilliant. I always feel like the vet genuinely cares about animals. She's great with the chaos of my 3 dogs, and I always leave fully understanding what I need to do treatment wise. Just wish I could have a whole year where 1 of my dogs didn't need to see a vet, but that's what I get with 1 old dog and one drama queen dog.

Without a doubt, the best vet clinic we have ever visited. After bringing our bloodhound in as an emergency, they cleared their schedule, performed a life saving emergency procedure and have supported us through his recovery. Without the vets and technicians at this clinic, our best friend wouldn't be with us today, we are truly grateful to everyone involved. Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. We highly recommend them for all your pet care needs. Rania, we will never forget what you and the team did for us that night. Charlotte and Emma, thank you for all your support. Words cannot express how happy we are with Chiswick Village vet. Our pets won't be going anywhere else.
