I am so grateful to David (owner/vet) and Aaron (Receptionist/Assistant) who helped my cat after hours to do her C-Section in an emergency. David called me and let me know how she was after the surgery and kept me in the loop and even came back to open the shop to let me get her after the store had shut. They genuinely saved my cats life. They were both so nice and even 10 days later to get her stitches out-he didn’t charge me which was so kind of David, who was very quick and efficient to make it easier on my cat. They are amazing vets and helped my cat and they are so helpful when giving me any advice on her care so it went all smoothy. Thank you so so much to David & Aaron! I appreciate all of your help and kindness! I can’t recommend them enough!

We’ve been bringing our dog here for around 18 years, and I honestly can’t thank the team enough for the care they’ve given throughout his life. They have always been kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate. A few years ago, he developed a cancerous lump on his eye, and thanks to their expertise and treatment, he made a full recovery. That meant so much to us and gave us many more happy years with him. Recently, we had to say goodbye to him at 18, and the way the team handled everything was incredibly thoughtful. We were given all the time we needed, never felt rushed, and they made such a difficult moment as peaceful as it could be. Afterwards, they even took the time to call us to check in and make sure we were okay, which meant a lot. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done over the years. Truly an amazing veterinary practice.

One star is giving this practice way more than they deserve. Vet (apart from Rude) has either no knowledge plus outdated or the only thing he cares about is money… The amount of unprofessional and ridiculous diagnosis and tips coming out of his mouth should be checked by the veterinary college, as he should not be allowed to deal with our animals lives and health. Just stay away!

I took my cat to All pets veterinary clinic on Sidmouth road . After 2 years of seeing different vets with my cat's skin condition I was very upset because there was no improvement and the cat was suffering alot. Doctor David King gave me the medicine and the skin got better in few days. Thank you so much !!!!!!

If you care about your pet, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! My appointment at All Pets was horrible and scary for both me and my cats. He then told me it was my fault because my cats are ´feral’. I believed him and thought it was my fault until I went to a new vet who was shocked by what I told her about my visit to All Pets. The vet at All Pets should not be allowed near animals, and maybe humans too, because he doesn’t care about them at all. He’s rude, insensitive, and at one point even cruel.

I have had two very different experiences here. The first was with a lovely young man - Anderson - who treated my cat with genuine care and made my stressed cat (and myself!) feel at ease with his calming and joyful manner. This review does not reflect the service I received from him. My second was with the other vet David who I am shocked is licensed to treat animals or be in a public facing job. I was appalled by his rudeness and the manner in which he handled my poor cat was atrocious. He is clearly unpleasant as I observed an interaction with him and another member of staff where he was rude and belittled her. Others have told me about his money orientated approach - rather than the care of the animals. I should have listened and now my cat is once again very scared of traveling in fear she is to return to see that evil man. I will not be returning here and highly urge others to avoid at all costs. I hope that Anderson and the rest of the team manage to evade his cruelty.

Anderson is a very kind and compassionate veterinarian. When we had to put our dog down he was very sympathetic to our situation and even sent us a card to let us know that we are not alone in our mourning. I’m so glad my dog managed to get treated with the upmost respect that she deserved.
