***Updated: since moving away from Exmouth and finding an independent vet in our new town has made me realize just how inflated WLV’s prices were (eg: I now get Coppers meds less than half the price from here). Service etc still good - but charging through the roof to look after our loved ones is not cool. **** Took my elderly pooch in for some help as he was barking through the night and me and the hubby had been taking it in turns on the sofa with him. The vet was lovely with him, saw signs of him having a bad back and prescribed him some meds which soothe his back and also have a calming effect…. He now sleeps through the night….and so do we!!! The staff are always lovely, and reception are most helpful, whether on email or phone. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

We’ve been with White Lodge vets for many years and will continue to be with our pets. The reason is simple every single member of staff has/is brilliant at their job. Yesterday our beloved cat was put to sleep with such care, respect and kindness. We can’t thank them enough for all they did throughout his long and happy life. THANK YOU

We’ve been attending confidence clinic with my dog Wilma for a year on and off with Alex the nurse to help her with vet visits, first to start with Wilma being fearful and agressive if anyone came near her in the surgery, I’ve muzzle trained her to help vets, nurses, myself and also Wilma, we only popped in for a quick 5 minute visit every week for 4 weeks and then reducing it down and now we pop in to reception and nurses surgery for a 5 minute visit every month, now Alex is able to put a muzzle on her, pick her up, put her on table, examine her to a certain degree, the difference this has made to all concerned who come in contact with Wilma is so much easier, thankyou White Lodge for providing this amazing service and for Alex getting Wilma to be more confident at the vets.

Louise was wonderful. She met me at reception so that we could go to the car park and watch my dog walk. She showed genuine empathy and concern. Very impressed by the surgery.
