For nearly 18 years the staff, vets, and nurses at Raddenstiles have provided excellent care for our little cat, Bubbles. Their kindness and professionalism are always appreciated but even more important is the obvious love and compassion they have for the animals they care for and the owners who come to them for every concern, large or small. We can’t express the respect and deep gratitude we have for everyone at the surgery.

I have been with Raddenstiles for over 13 years. They have always been helpful, caring, and shown empathy and compassion when needed. The lovely receptionists are so welcoming and helpful, and whenever you need to see a vet or nurse, you will get seen. I wouldn’t take my beautiful dog Frank anywhere else.

It’s tough when pets are unwell, they can’t tell you. You need to feel confident that your vet picks up on the stuff you miss. I’ve been using Raddenstiles in exmouth since I moved here some 4/5 years ago, they excel in everything. On moving here I did have fears that vet care could be dodgy, I’ve had dodgy vet care and it’s hard to see at a glance. Takes time to see stuff then too late I went into Raddenstiles in exmouth and have never looked back. It starts with the amazing reception staff who have the patience of saints but are actually really nice people too. A warm smile greats you a friendly face and the time you need . You are immediately put at ease. Great first impressions , clean and tidy waiting area , some products to buy if you choose to 5* Next the vets What a team. In the past I have stuck to the same vet but here I don’t. They are all excellent, you get the same great care from them all. Patience of saints all of them. I need to understand what why where when. I need to know the thinking behind the treatments my pets are getting. Never had to ask here for an explanation I’m just given it without hesitation. No rush loads of patience treat my dogs with respect and care. I’m not a big vet or gp goer but here I’m not anx so5* Now the nursing staff Equally amazing such patience and kindness and knowledge too. No fobbing off, I go to what I call my dogs fat club. My choice of words def not theirs. The wonderful Shannon runs it. How amazing is she. I’m never left feeling stupid or shameful and under her very wise instruction my dogs are getting to a more acceptable weight. I Han not realise they even had an issue. Shannon you are the best of the best thank you I don’t say it often enough. Ongoing care It’s hard to understand that a vets is not only there for the sick pet but for your pets ongoing welfare, they pick up stuff you miss or just catch something early so easier to mend. I joined the healthy pet club that they run its well worth doing, more than pays for itself, in fact I reckon I save money. Your vet has to make you feel comfortable and listened to. Raddenstiles in exmouth do that and more. Huge thank you to the whole team. So the negatives None at all really my dogs I know could not get better care anywhere else. They are with the best of the best. negatives Hard to find but everyone has them So I think the only negative I can think of is they don’t cover tortoises or parrots so only 50% of my pets are under their care. Tried another vet for them def not the same friendly faces, or care to make you feel you are not wasting their time. Shame that. However moving on Both my dogs love going to Raddenstiles, they are fit and healthy thanks to your amazing care. Thank you to you all from the bottom of mine and my dogs hearts. I know you do the very best , no one could do more. Thank you so very much I consider you family

We have been going to Raddenstiles for many years with many cats. They are always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond for the pets. They have supported us through good and bad times, always with compassion and the odd hug.

Wonderful practice,, first class service by friendly helpful staff right across the practice from reception to nurses, vets and behind the scenes administration staff. Been with them for all our dogs from back in 1982 when they were at Raddenstile Lane, wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you Raddenstile for the care you provide.

The reception team were just amazing. I rang in a panic as my dog had only just shown signs of having an issue and it was coming up to 12pm on Saturday. He definitely needed to be seen before the weekend and they managed to make this happen. Then seeing the nurse, she was so calm and reassuring and she realised the issue needed to be seen by a vet. Helen the vet is a really special person. She needed to do something that was unpleasant for my dog but she did her absolute best to reassure him and go gently. She was so kind and reassuring and gave him the best treatment. Raddenstiles really are the best vets. Thank you so much for all your love and care for Stanley. He is beginning to recover now thanks to all of you.
