I would normally recommend St Davids vets, we have used them for many many years with our rabbits. However a change in receptionist staff has changed how I feel towards visiting or contacting this vets. The particular member of staff who works on the receptionist desk has caused us quite a few problems, has no customer service skills and makes vet visits quite painful. I don't like complaining, but I feel this must be flagged as working in a veterinary clinic does require a sensitive nature & solid customer service skills - of which this individual does not have.

Needs to put elastic band around the top of the two boxes for the wormers and the flea treatment box they put the elastic band around the middle of the 2 boxes causing the wormer box on top of the flea treatment box to open and the wormer tablets dropped out now got to pay another £10 for the wormer try putting the elastic band from the top of the two box's to the bottom of the two box's that way there's no chance of the tablets dropping out that was for the St David's vets not exminster branch

A brilliant vets. The staff on reception and over the phone are always incredibly calm, kind and helpful. The phone is almost always picked up promptly and appointments always available. The vets are really kind, understanding and are great with both of our dogs. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Lovely friendly vets who care for my dog so well during all her routine appointments as well as lots of extra care and medication now she’s very elderly. The advice they give is always helpful and the friendly caring manner starts at the reception desk with the wonderful ladies and runs throughout everyone I have encountered whilst using the practice.
