Couldn't recommend these people enough! They're so caring, accommodating, and helpful! You can tell that the welfare of your animal genuinely matters to all of them. They've gone above and beyond always with the care of our two cats on both occasions we've needed them! They're absolutely incredible at what they do, and are the sole reason we've still got two cats. What a genuinely incredible practice they are, 100% recommend!

The team at Exeter vets are fantastic, not only do they give the best care for your pets they love them too. As any pet owner will know the latter is by far the most important. Excellent service always from every member of staff. What they have done for both our cats is beyond what we expected. We put our complete trust in them always when it comes to our animals.

I cannot recommend this veterinary surgery highly enough. Steve and everyone on his team with whom we were in contact since registering there was kind, efficient and professional. When Blue's illness was diagnosed as terminal everything was very sympathetically and clearly explained. Steve and Amy came to the house and put him to sleep in his favourite place beside me on the settee. There was no rush, no hassle and best of all, Blue went off to sleep peacefully unaware . They were upset too and showed it in their kindness to me. When Blue's ashes came back and I collected him, the staff were kind, caring and took time to chat about him. They had taken a paw print from Blue and this was included in a really lovely card signed by them all, along with his ashes. Little things matter and make an enormous difference at difficult times. It has been so reassuring to have my last two beautiful pals cared for in a smaller practice where one sees the same vet, nurses and admin team on each visit. Thank you so much each one of you on the team. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Kate Force.

Our French bulldog woke up and was unable to walk. I came to the vets without an appointment in absolute panic. All of the staff were so kind, helpful and supportive and a month later following their expert advice, she is up and walking again. A kind, calm and experienced vets, that’s made us feel at ease. Thank you for being fantastic

Lovely team. Professional but friendly too. They look after my lovely cat, this time with a horrible tail bite. So very gentle and kind and they really try to keep pet stress to a minimum. Enjoyed a discussion about what Labradors WON'T eat!
