Just a shoutout to someone called Stef who works here - was extremely helpful with me on the phone yesterday about my little gerbil. Really went above and beyond - thank you Stef for your kindness towards me and my boy Ned

Having worked previously for The Blue Cross I have never been a fan of “Corporate” vets however the team at Vets 4 Pets Exeter are wonderful. Both my dogs (a nervous Long Haired Dachshund and a very goofy Doberman) love coming to the vets. My Doberman Loki always looks for people on reception after I have weighed her and she is treated like a Princess by the team. Reggie our Dachshund had a bad start in life and is especially wary of females but literally with two of the vets, Bronwyn and Annelie he was so at ease with them and he especially loves Dr Agos who was great when he saw our Reggie with a very bad ear infection so much so when he sees him in passing he gets lots of tail wagging. We have never been pressured to purchase non necessary medication, their costs and fees have always been very reasonable ,and the team provide superb care to my dogs. I have read bad reviews but I certainly have not experienced anything other than first class care from both the reception and veterinary team. The reception team and veterinary team have always been excellent and I won’t be changing .

Completely unhelpful. The woman with the short hair, older woman at the desk had no idea what was doing and lacked any basic customer service skills. My request was simple, but she ended up bringing up passed away animals, and asking if my name was Miss Hill? I literally went in there to get my cat booked in for micro chipping and neutering - probably one of the simplest procedures for the vets Right? See the photos below. Before I went up there in person, I had emailed asking about neutering and micro chipping. I was quoted a price and told to contact the vets. So on Saturday I did just that - I went into The practice to sort this out, I had cash ready. I wanted to book the appointment. The woman who helped me had no idea what she was doing she called me Miss Hill for some reason?? Then she went in the back for about five minutes and came back out looking even more clueless. She ended up trying to upsell me into some insurance and I walked away with no appointment for my cat. She told me that I would get a call within the next few days from a nurse??? Then later that day I get an email asking me to contact the practice to arrange an appointment???? I mean what the hell? I was up there in person to do that - this Was such a waste of time. I’ve gone to City Vets vets Instead, I was treated much more kindly at the front desk.

I would highly recommend this vets 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 The whole team is amazing. We used you from Day 1 as the puppy plan was amazing & really worth having 🤩 They always have answered any questions I have had & appointment's were easy to get as well as additional vaccinations. Sadly our gorgeous boy Nev couldn’t be saved but they went above and beyond in his treatment, care & after care for us. They treated him like he was one of their own & I wouldn’t of gone anywhere else ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Their communication is fabulous. They have made a very difficult time easier for us. After having used previous vets in the past for our other dog. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are loving , caring & very friendly! They genuinely care & I can’t rate them highly enough ! Thank you again ! ☺️
