City Vets genuinely care about each & every individual pet. I'm housebound so they take the time to collect my beautiful boy (my cat) & bring him back home safely to me & I know I can trust them with him while he's being looked after/examined & treated by his lovely vet Caroline Arthur. Thank you all so much as always 😻

Reception staff are absolutely disgusting. When calling regarding a dog I have recently rescued the receptionist (who did NOT give a name by the way), was extremely condescending and acting as if it was my fault the previous owners of my dog had neglected him in a veterinary way. When asking if it was possible to get his chip scanned, she refused to give any help telling me to “ring the microchip and change the details there”, not even attempting to offer advice on how to get the details. When asking about his previous vaccinations I was very open and honest with not knowing what he has had done previously, as this was neglected by his previous owners- again making it seem like my fault completely. Ultimately she ended up booking an appointment that was supposed to be for my dog, ended up booking it for my cat instead, again completely disregarding the reason for my call. I am absolutely appalled by her behaviour and will not be using cityvets in the future, as soon as I can I will be moving my cat to the vets that actually helped me with my dog. You should be incredibly disappointed with the behaviour of your staff. You have lost a very loyal customer.

I always get greeted warmly by all the staff when I arrive. The Vets & Nurses take great care with my dog, and support/advise me on how to help her with her ongoing health issues. So I want to say a big thank you to all, for making worrying times with my dog so much less stressful

Served by Vicky at reception who was incredibly helpful, obviously a very hard worker, rushed off her feet, yet still very cheerful and polite.

We have been with city vets a few years now and every time my dog has an issue it’s resolved really quickly. Having a nervous dog is not easy but Faye makes him feel so settled and welcome. She’s always so understanding and willing to listen and help. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment, it’s always been same day. Faye is so lovely and we wouldn’t want to see anyone or go anywhere else.

Probably in the top 2 vets I have used over 20+ years of having pets as an adult. The staff are always so kind and understanding of my pug's needs. My dog is always greeted by name, everything is explained clearly. My Ozzy has had 2 procedures done that required a GA. Both times I knew he was in good hands. I trust them with my pug. Would recommend them every time.

I have always found this vets incredibly kind, caring and the most experienced staff I've come across. I have had all of my animals registered here. I don't think there are any other vets I would feel so confident with. Thank you.
