The Buddle Lane team are so friendly and supportive. They instantly recognise Nala when we bring her in and really care for her whilst she’s with them. We’ve been with this surgery for 2 years since returning back to Exeter and I cannot recommend them enough! I always know Nala is in safe hands. Thank you for your kindness and help in making Nala pain free.

The staff at Buddle Lane City Vets are always friendly and warm. I feel they treat my cat in her best interests, as they would their own pet. They greet both me and my pet by name, and I know they will look after her when having treatment. The friendliness and warmth of the reception staff really shines through. Shout out to Vicki on reception who really goes the extra mile to help me and also Fifi La Belle feel at ease.

Oh dear just rang and spoke to a receptionist who was extremely unhelpful, ordered some flea treatment for my kittens she was in such a rush she took their weights as an afterthought, also asked about where I need to speak to someone about after care for my dog who recently had a heart scan , she practically snapped Heavitee , even though I'm registered at St Thomas and paid balance there at their request! Been using Citivets for 20 plus years really shocked at attitude.

We paid a cancellation fee at this vets that was fully paid off....a few months later we get emails from them requesting yet more money from us for a cancellation fee that's already been paid off and dealt with. We've not had a pet for months now. Very sly and wouldn't recommend this vets.

We have used city vets for over a decade and have always been treated as a valuable client. The staff are always kind, caring and professional, through the good times of owning a pet and the sad times. We have more recently had there care of our golden retriever and now our new edition Wilf, another golden retriever. We know that they will always provide a high standard of care to our animals. Another service which I can recommend is the health care plan, where a monthly fee covers a years worth of treatments and injections, well worth it. Thank you so much, Claire :)
