On holiday and on the way to Harris when our 8 year old Border Collie had ongoing diarrhoea. We rang and straight away we were seen by Robert who gave Storm a thorough examination, he treated Storm but also reassuring us. Thankyou to Robert and Helen who looked after Storm and us. Conveniently situated and ample parking.

My wife takes every opportunity to visit the vets unfortunately! They even come to her because some of her animals are too big! They are always competent & communicate well. Occasionally, I am requested to visit by my wife. They are a good vets with good staff & good atmosphere within.

We were travelling around Scotland when our dog became ill, it was a Saturday morning so we called in to this vet’s in the hope they would help. From the receptionist to the vet and everyone else they were great, friendly, kind, explained everything well, treated our loved dog. Thank you.

My son and I had to take Smokey (one of our four cats) up to Crown Vets in an emergency: he was admitted and treated promptly, so absolutely no complaints (apart from the size of the bill)!

We had a near miss car accident two months ago, which made our dog paraplegic. If wasn't for the quick answer of the ladies at Crown Vets, I don't know if she would be walking again as she is. They've put a lot of efford in finding a late appointment for her at the vet hospital, and made everything they could to make such harsh experience, the easiest to deal with. Highly recommend this place.

Having just moved to a local village our dog needed a new vet. We took our very nervous 7 year old bull mastiff today, she was the best she has ever been during a vets appointment. The receptionists, and nurses were lovely, and extremely accommodating. The vet Mark was wonderful, he went above and beyond to ensure our dog was comfortable, got to know him, and explained all of the information we required in detail. One happy dog, and family thank you so much again, we can't recommend Crown Vets in Fort William enough.

Took our dog here after she got something in her eye whilst on the beach on holiday. All the staff who dealt with us were friendly and professional. We were seen really quickly considering that we were a walk in with no appointment. The Vet was very thorough in her examination and was courteous and professional throughout the consultation. After having had a dog who suffered from eye ulcers we were fully aware of how eye examinations are carried out and what they should entail and were happy with the extent the vet went to. She used what we call the 'Hulk Eye' green dye to locate two small scratches on the eyeball, that we had missed when originally flushing the eye. Her diagnosis and treatment were spot on. Her instructions for continuing treatment were clear and concise. We were wholly satisfied with our visit to this vets and would recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic practice. I am here on holiday with my King Charles Spaniel ( who has a heart problem ) I ran out of medication for him and they saw me and him straight away and after getting his notes from my usual vets they sorted it for me, all the staff were very friendly. And another massive thanks to them 👍
