We cannot recommend Kingswood Vets Woking highly enough. Mar is the main vet we see, supported by Karen and Beth in reception, plus a fantastic wider team of vets, receptionists and nurses who are all consistently excellent. Mar is an exceptional vet. She always takes the time to fully understand any issues, puts both owners and pets at ease, and explains all options clearly, including why those options are recommended. You never feel pressured into making decisions and are always given time to consider what is best for your pets. She is incredibly kind, gentle, and thorough with our two rescue Weimaraners, who were previously very nervous of the vets. They now trust her completely — to the point that our older dog will happily go through to the back for blood tests and procedures without any hesitation. Karen, Beth, and the wider team have also played a huge part in helping our dogs build confidence. From the moment we arrive, they make such an effort to ensure both dogs feel calm and comfortable that they now almost seem to enjoy their visits. The whole team is professional, caring, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the animals they look after. The premises are always clean and very well maintained. We are extremely grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary practice looking after our dogs.

The staff here are always so friendly and professional. Yesterday we had to take our two cats for their vaccinations and the nurse was so good, one cat is very vocal the other one very quiet. The nurse was so calming not only for the cats but for me as well.

The best vets, used across my family and wouldn't chose any other. Welcoming receptionists and educated vets. They are great.

Receptionists were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Vet was awesome with our dog and explained everything she was looking for as she went along. The dog loved it here!

About a month ago I brought my cat into the vets as he was unwell after 2 days of in they said it’s better to put him down or other option is to take him to a centre for surgery which would cost 8000 I do choose the option to take him to the centre the team then went on to add they would require a 4000 deposit to put me off which I didn’t listen to one the day of him going to the centre they left him for an hour in his basket while very unwell like they wanted him to die when I did finally get him to the centre none of what the vets told me was true I don’t pay 4000 deposit they said pay what ever we could they was so friendly and welcoming he never needed surgery he was treated with antibiotics I would avoids this vets if u have cats they are more welcoming to dogs I will be moving my cat to a different a vet as they are so unprofessional and liars give u wrong information they don’t have hearts at all just want the simple way out of putting your pet down I will be escalating this further as what they done is so unacceptable o would avoid this vet at all costs if I could give zero star I would don’t even deserve one star

I've brought my dog, Padfoot, here several times, and every visit has been excellent. The appointment availability is brilliant, and the staff always greet us warmly, making him feel comfortable and easing any anxiety (he or I might have). They take the time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and make sure you feel confident in your pet’s care. I highly recommend this practice for both the great service and genuine care they show for your pet.

From the reception team to the veterinarians my gorgeous Daisy and I were made to feel so welcome. They gave great advice, were so gentle and caring towards my kitten and all round great. The areas were hygienic and I liked the idea of having a separate waiting area for cats and dogs. Thank you Kingswood Vets!
