  Brilliant vet, I would highly recommend them to any pet owner. We moved our three cats to their care a year ago as I wasn't happy with the overpriced service provided elsewhere and I'm so glad we did. Two of the cats have only required annual checkups and vaccinations, while the third cat has required extensive medical investigations and treatment- including for cancer which was detected by the Voo team as part of an investigation into a separate condition- in all cases we have received beyond excellent care and treatment. If it wasn't for their thorough care I doubt the cancer would have been detected until it was too late to treat. Her treatment has been conducted both in Pyrford branch and at the hospital in Surbiton, and throughout she has been cared for wonderfully. Not only do they do an excellent job medically, it is clear that all the staff in Pyrford that I have met (Kelly, Abby, Jasmin and Umair) love the animals they care for and I feel they go above and beyond (and I have witnessed them treat other customers/patients in the same way). Absolutely the best veterinary practice I have ever used.

  I cannot recommend Voo in Pyrford enough. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and competent, Cristina and Jazz always go above and beyond. We have had lots of different issues with our lovely 3 year old Frenchie Oscar and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take such good care of him.

  Unfortunately my poor Casper has had a few health issues since we got him as a 6 month old. He has had numerous visits to Pyrford and has been admitted to the Surbiton hospital twice as well. We have found that Casper has always received fantastic care and attention. My husband has been taking him for regular checks during a current period of FIP. He has found attending and making appointments easy. This makes such a difference even though it should be such a simple thing. I know with my GP it is so difficult to book an appointment, let alone attending one! Also, I have no problems with my insurance. Jasmine simply puts the claims through for me! I don’t have to faff about with PetPlan myself. This makes life so much easier when you’re already going through such a worrying time. Thanks Voo !

  The care and love my cat receives at Voo Vets in Pyrford , is extraordinary. He was very ill in December, but they got him right. In March he had an operation which went very well. I was especially impressed by the tiny stitches done by Vet Christina. Thank you Christina for your constant care of Bingo and to Receptionist Justine for always being so kind and helpful to me and my cat. I am so glad I moved Bingo to Voo in Pyrford.

  Wonderful vets, attentive, professional, knowledgeable and easily accessible. Lovely offices and gave Albert and Diesel all the necessary medical care they needed . Diesel just needed a check up and his yearly vaccinations… Albert had his vaccinations and received antibiotics and a cone to heal his eye infection
