Dion at Yellow Storage Step-in is one of the most friendly and cheerful people I have ever met. I needed to store my belongings for a few weeks before installing my new kitchen, and as it was my first time using the service, I felt a little unsure at first. However, Dion explained everything in such a kind, clear and reassuring manner that by the time I left, even my earlier low mood had lifted. I am very grateful for his help, and thanks to this experience, I would feel quite at ease using the service again in the future.

I am personally scared to depart from my belongings but Dion the member of staff from reception was really helpful. Also Sandra when she answered the phone was really warmly welcoming. What I like the most is the customer service from the beginning and no matter what I was worried about was clearly answered. No hidden secret what this storage is all about.
