Great service, Batuhan is great vet always super friendly and helpful always a pleasure bringing my pets for their appointments! Reception team also always so nice&welcoming - would definitely recommend!

We’ve used vets4pets for all our cats, and have found them to be fantastic. Very caring, helpful, and they regularly advise if there are cheaper ways to treat our cats (even if they means they lose the “sale”) - which is really appreciated. Lovely reception staff too!

Thank you for the care and advice with our dog Ozzy. He can be very tricky but the vets and nurses were so kind and patient with him. Receptionists are friendly and helpful.

I can’t thank the whole team at the clinic enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, calm, and genuinely caring, which made a very stressful situation so much easier to get through. A special thank you to Batu, who truly saved my cat after a scary incident. His calm approach, knowledge, and reassurance meant everything to us. He explained what was happening in a clear, honest way and made us feel that Rodrigo was in safe hands at all times. I’m really grateful to the entire clinic for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed. It’s such a relief to know there are people who care this much about animals and their owners. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

I highly recommend Everyone at Lichfield Vets 4 pets. They go above and beyond to help and look after our fur-babys ❤️ Skye is well looked after by Ion, he has such a caring approach and great knowledge. Love him ❤️ I know that Skye is in great hands with all the team.

Took me a while to review but I will be changing vets. The vet I spoke to was clearly not very competent to even understand why my cat needed bilirubin checks done. Charged me £300 instead of the £75 that the vets from pets I transfered from did (I had to move house during my cat being treated). Awful, did bloods that were unnecessary and nor asked for. Hope you enjoy the extra £200 as you won't be seeing any more from me.

Excellent service, wonderful friendly staff. My cat had a biopsy today and they wrote us a card wishing her a speedy recovery. Very sweet. They always give clear advice and excellent care.
