Our opening hours are designed to fit around your busy schedule. We are open from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays, allowing you to easily book an appointment without rearranging your entire day. We also open our doors on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, ensuring that you have access to quality veterinary care even on the weekends. Although we are closed on Sundays, you can be assured that our team is available 24/7 for emergency care.

We are proud to have Dr Joanne Ross as our Principal Veterinary Surgeon. With her BVSc MRCVS qualifications and years of experience working with animals, Dr Ross leads our veterinary team in providing the best possible care for your pet. Miss Zara Brown is our dedicated Veterinary Nurse who brings valuable expertise to our team.
