  Avoid this vet practice—it’s not worth the risk. My first appointment was scheduled for 10:30, and I arrived at 10:10, well on time. Around 10:20, someone with a dog finished their appointment, so I expected to be called in next. However, an elderly lady with a cat walked in and was taken in immediately. I assumed her appointment was earlier and would be finished by 10:30. But no—that appointment dragged on until 10:50. When I was finally seen, the vet rushed through my appointment so quickly that it didn’t feel worth the £70 I paid. I went specifically for the FeLV vaccination, but the vet hurriedly told me that the core vaccines they had would protect my pet for outdoor exposure—which is incorrect.

  I recently visited Wellpet Vets , with my beloved cat, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. The receptionists greeted us warmly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient, which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. and their team were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly examine my cat 🐈‍⬛ and patiently answered all my questions with great care and detail. I truly appreciated how gentle and compassionate they were with my cat, making sure she was comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. Their expertise and dedication to animal care were evident, and it reassured me that I had brought my pet to the right place. What impressed me the most was how they explained everything clearly, from the diagnosis to the treatment options. They didn’t rush through the appointment and made sure I understood every step of the process. The clinic was also spotless, well-equipped, and had a calming atmosphere, which made the visit even more pleasant. Thanks to their excellent care, my cat us now feeling much better, and I am beyond grateful for their help. I highly recommend Wellpet Vets to any pet owner looking for top-quality veterinary care. They genuinely care about animals, and their dedication and professionalism make all the difference. Thank you again to the entire team for your kindness and outstanding service!

  Very good Veterinary Practice. Easy parking outside. Very thorough treatment by Vets. Easy to get appointments. Nice friendly staff. Good waiting area. We had not had a dog for many years. So had not claimed on our Pet Insurance. The Practice claimed for us. From when we first took him to them.

  Both our dogs go here when they need to and so far they have always helped us when we need them. They are a great vet who treat our King Poodle and German shepherd with top care
