This clinic have very good doctors. I had my cat spayed and after the surgery my Kitty was very well, she had no pain and healed very quickly. I would definitely recommend this clinic. All the doctors and receptionists are very friendly and treat the animals with a lot of love. I want to thank them for everything!

The Medivet in Mill Hill used to be good, but now it’s really bad. I will change the branch ASAP. There is no empathy and they are not organised. Customer service is really poor and unhelpful. The receptionist is very rude. My dog has a Medivet plan for many years, and it took them weeks to make the wormer medication available to pick up. On top of that, they charged me for it, even though it should have been free under the plan. I asked for a refund for the wormer panacur they charged me three months ago, and I’m still waiting. They promised the refund within two weeks, but I never received it. Every time I call to ask about the refund, there’s always an excuse — staff on holiday, or they need to ask someone else. They show no interest in sorting out the problem, no empathy, and just want to end the conversation without giving my money back, which they should never have charged in the first place. Avoid this branch at all costs. I left and I’m still having problems.

Money grabbers honestly. Don’t even know where my money is going into half of the time. I booked to come in for a CHECK UP because I was worried about my cats swollen lips for the veterinarian to barely look at it and prescribe me medicine. I then find out by the rude receptionist that I was booked for a consultation without my consent and had to pay £61 for an appointment that took put to 10 minutes or even less. That morning I paid £14.50 for the healthcare plan as well as £29 for two “missing” payments even though I provided them with evidence that I paid for them. What am I paying monthly for if theyre just going to add on extra charges anyways. They claimed that my healthcare free checkups ended in September. Understandable but there was no communication. I was not told not even by email or mail. Even on my appointment confirmation email they couldve put it there. I preferred it when it was the old staff before they changed the place. Much more nicer and easier to speak to. Will not be coming back.

Caroline is amazing, we have been seeing her for years and she has held our hands through some challenging times. The staff at Mill Hill are kind and compassionate. However, even on the cooler days this summer, it is unbearably hot inside the practice. Given the cost of veterinary services, I think air conditioning is the absolute bare minimum for the well being of our pets and their selfless carers.

I registered my new puppy with Mill Hill Medivet today and I’m very happy with the service. The vet was patient, caring, and very attentive. She gave me lots of helpful advice and made sure I felt confident as a new pet owner. I really appreciate the care and professionalism. I’m also excited to stay with their Pet Plan – it gives me peace of mind knowing my puppy is in good hands. Highly recommend!
