I have just seen Becky the vet and she was so gentle and lovely with my elderly cat. She also recommended me some products to help with dental tarter. I have also, always found the recpetion/admin team and nurses to be very kind and helpful. However, the male vet I saw recently was brusque and rough my cat in the way he handled and interacted with her. At one point I actually winced and he looked at me as if to say 'what?'. I did mention this to the nurse on reception. It was not a great experience for me and a horrible one for my nearly 15 yr old cat, hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent care provided by one of the veterinarians at the Goddard clinic. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but during my cat’s post-neutering check-up, she took the extra step of examining his mouth. It was then that she identified gingivitis — something that can be quite serious in cats and may even lead to tooth loss. If it weren’t for her attentiveness and care, I likely would not have noticed the issue in time, which could have significantly impacted my cat’s quality of life. Thanks to her, we have already started the recommended treatment, which we are administering daily. I would also like to highlight the clinic’s team as a whole: all the staff members are extremely kind, polite, and attentive, making the entire experience even more positive. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Goddard clinic for their care, professionalism, and dedication.

Vets change fast. A new face at each appointment expecting yet more new faces. Overall, what can I say the vets have been awesome with a deep concern and genuine love for animals and remind me of practises in bygone days when you just strolled into a surgery and your pet became of immediate interest and to the vet.

Very friendly and super helpful . From the first call to the first visit at the Harrow/Weald branch, it has so far been an easy and pleasant experience. My kitten is definitely in good hands at this veterinary clinic.

Goddards at Harrow has been a great practice / given care for all my animals. I have taken my border terrier for 12 years and she LOVES vet practice (always a good experience). Kind and considerate staff (nurses, receptionists and vets) and full explanation given to procedures and potential costs. Many thanks to all at Goddard practice

The vet was excellent in diagnosing what was wrong with our rabbit he gave the rabbit a thorough examination and communicated with me throughout. The anti-inflammatory medicine he prescribed worked and the rabbit got better within a week just as he said.

Goddard V G at Harrow Weald has been amazing by looking after our puppies in their care so our babies could have their jabs and other bits and bobs. Dave the Vet was absolutely outstanding. He was easy to talk to and asked any questions about our puppies' well-being and development. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. Both visits for our puppies' jabs were amazing. Thanks so much for your help and support.
