  The place is a scam ,my cat hat a mouth ulcer ,the nurse checked it on google what it could be ,gave 2 injections of steroids,and gave some prescription for antibiotics I paid 160+ paunds for the visit and the 2 steroids injections ! I ordered the prescription immediately from (pet drugs online )paid for next day delivery ,it took few days to come !My cat ulcer got worse ,now it from outside of the mouth as well ,is almost a hole inside ! Very unprofessional ! Just talking about different stuff that you don’t need to get more money out off people not caring about the animals and have no knowledge of what they are doing!

  I went to Godard Vets in Wembley yesterday with my cat and had a genuinely reassuring experience - I saw Triona. It was refreshing to see a vet who clearly applies strong clinical judgement and takes the time to properly assess the animal, rather than rushing through or focusing on unnecessary add-ons. There was a real sense of genuine care and attention to detail throughout the consultation. My cat was handled calmly and appropriately, and everything was explained clearly so I understood what was going on and why decisions were being made. It didn’t feel like there was any pressure to spend money unnecessarily, which unfortunately can be common in some veterinary settings. Instead, the focus stayed on what was clinically relevant and in the best interest of the animal. Overall, I left feeling confident in the care provided and grateful to have found a vet who combines professionalism with proper clinical skill and integrity. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, competent veterinary care.

  Good vet, very friendly and gentle with my cat and the receptionist with the curly hair is an absolute angel aswell, I didn’t get her name unfortunately however she is such a sweetheart and is so easy to talk to and friendly, honestly her personality and ongoingness is one of a kind and I felt like I wasn’t just a customer but a friend when I left the practise

  I stumbled across this vet by accident when looking for a nearby place to take my cat, pissi, for the first time. My girlie doesn’t really like going outside, but on her second visit I noticed she didn’t fight going in her carrier, but actually partially went in herself! I’ve visited this place twice, the receptionist is so sweet & the vet is amazing. I’m so incredibly happy with the service and care - especially from Triona! I’m very protective over my girlie (naturally) so watching someone treat her so well and carefully truly makes me happy. I’m so glad I stumbled across Goddard as I know my cat is in such good hands. Plus, the monthly plan is such a good price. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, thanks so much for taking care of my Pissi 😄🩷

  Have given this a five Star review after visiting them with my Sadie 😻this morning. I was exceptionally happy with her first visit & felt very at ease with their dedicated care & attention. We can't wait for her next visit.

  Every time I walk into this practice I’m greeted with the most welcoming smile. I’ve been going to this vet with my maltese, Buddy, since he was a puppy and I’ve had such a great experience with them. Buddy is 3 now. He gets so excited when he goes into the vet because he loves the team so much! Every nurse and vet is so kind and gentle with Buddy, he literally runs in and rolls over for a belly rub the minute he sees them. The team always have treats on hand and there’s never a rush in there - they’re always happy to help with anything you need; everyone is really patient. Recently Buddy has had an ear infection and I felt I should write a review just because of how helpful everyone was. Both Nurse Robert and Vet Trina were so gentle and kind with Buddy and made time to see him on the same day I called. Trina gave us so much of her time and was so patient with all our questions re the infection and insurance etc and Robert took time to give buddy so much love and attention before the appointment. The whole team are amazing. I’d mention more names but I don’t know them, but all of the reception, the nurses and vets are always so lovely and helpful!! If you’re looking for a vet with people who are real animal lovers and show love, kindness, care and are gentle and patient with your pet - I couldn’t recommend this vet more. The pricing is very reasonable. Thank you to the whole Goddard team for making the vet a place that Buddy looks forward to going to x
