I could not be happier with the service I have received and continue to receive with Hendon Vets4pets. They are, polite, professional and very understanding. It's hard nowadays to find a decent vet and I honestly could not recommend them more. 5-star vets :)

Very disappointed with my experience. I came here with my puppy because he was scratching severely and losing hair near his tail. I left £64.60 lighter with no clear answers. The vet seemed unsure, even though I explained that my son recently had a fungal infection from the puppy and I suspected ringworm. To get any certainty, I was told I’d need to pay an additional £180 for a swab test, plus another £100 for deworming and flea treatment. This felt like a complete rip-off. On top of that, the receptionist was not welcoming at all. They were openly talking among themselves about prices going up and vouchers not being accepted anymore—simply because they decided so. Overall, a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I will not be returning and would advise others to avoid.

I’ve always had a preference for Vets4Pets/Pets at Home and this is another great one! My cat has not been so friendly to vets since a stay at Medivet, but he was much calmer at this Vet! (although he may not have seemed it lol). Apologies for not knowing the name but the man that saw to him was super nice and chill with him, didn’t push too far with trying to examine him straight away that kind of thing. The girl that brought him out of surgery was lovely too! It seems they actually want the animals to feel calm & cared for. He needed a dental & ended up getting an extraction. I called in on Friday, he was seen the same day with dental booked for following Tuesday. Literally wrapped up in 3 business days! Wasn’t too expensive either. My cat is feeling way better, he’s already back to himself. Thank you for looking after Spyro! We will be back !

Great service, great treatment, professional and kind. Have helped my Doberman so much since she fractured her leg. Couldn't have asked for better. Would recommend them. See photos - from one to the other - thanks Vets4pets Hendon Team.

This is by far the best veterinary surgery I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a regular client for over three years now, and every visit has been a positive experience. The whole team is always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My dog has had two surgeries here, and each time the vets have done an outstanding job. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and professionalism they consistently show. Highly recom

I’m so pleased to have found this wonderful vet - they go above and beyond to ensure your pet is comfortable, looked after and that the bill at the end is affordable. I’ve been with vets4pets for almost 10 years and they’ve never once disappointed.. their services and care are top tier, and I can’t fault anything. Today my vet was Claudia, who was incredible, and Mark greeted us at reception. I can’t recommend vets4pets and this branch in particular, enough!

Absolutely great service. I leave far from the place , but I wouldn’t change my dearest clinic. Yesterday my old dog had an injury on her leg. I called my dear vets for pets and had appointment in hour! My poor dog had to go through full thorough examinations, operation checks ex rays, all on one half a day!!! One more luck, over dearest doctor Martin was there as well. He was looking after my Coco from her first operation, 9 years ago, when she had knee replacement. So much knowledgeable and great doctor🙏🏻 yesterday coco had 4th surgery done in this clinic. She is recovering quickly . I am very thankful for quick efficient help we had!!!thank you every one, reception, doctors🙏🏻

P.S. This is what a person gets when he tries to save his pet. And whose fault the disease reaches a critical point to the point where the hospital offers euthanasia. Because the doctor who examined our pet did not understand his job. What trust are we talking about? We lost confidence as soon as we found out what was wrong with him. I, not being a doctor, knew that fluid was collecting in the abdomen - not a ball of hair. But I trusted the "doctor" - I was wrong and I very much regret the choice of practice. And you are not driving us out of your clinic - we have been redirected to another before your decision. god bless your patients with such doctors. A pity for the nice base and location. But she does not save or cure pets. I wish you success. and apparently this letter is from the mysterious Manager-whom the employees are chasing tooth and nail. the clinic is clean. but only so far. The staff is rude and incompetent - they keep their names to themselves in case someone complains about them. no receptionist name badge. They only go for a vaccine and that's it. If it comes to treatment - just say goodbye to your pet. They will tire him because they don't understand anything. And the attention is there. Just to take the money. When requesting to contact a manager, the person in question is never there. Has no name. Email is the general of the clinic - where there is none at all and have reached the mysterious manager. I won't talk about the phone at all. Mysterious manager-with a mysterious phone. you can't even complain. Run far away from this clinic - if you like. your pets.
