My precious Percy my dog was put to sleep yesterday after battling cancer. From a year ago when he had surgery to remove the mass to yesterday when we said goodbye PDSA Hendon have been amazing. They was always quick to set an appointment to see Percy and when he was put to sleep the vet was incredibly compassionate. Rest in peace Percy x

Waiting is the main issue here and the awful parking situation. Staff are lovely but so overworked and over subscribed. A hellhole on a hot day. Not the staffs fault

Thank you to all the staff and vetinary team who treated my dog today. He was looked after with love and care and now hopefully should be on the mend. Thank you from Buster and his family

I am extremely distressed and disappointed with my experience. I live in North London and I am disabled. I genuinely cannot afford private veterinary treatment. My dog is very unwell and may need urgent surgery. I have tried multiple times to register him with PDSA and other animal charities, but every time I am told they are not accepting new clients. I honestly do not understand how an animal charity can turn away a sick animal in urgent need. What are people like me supposed to do? I physically cannot work, and I do not have the money for private treatment. Does this mean my dog should just be left to suffer? This situation feels incredibly unfair and heartbreaking. Even in much poorer countries, animals in critical condition receive emergency help. If anyone reading this knows of a programme, organisation, or emergency support service that can help in North London, please let me know. I am desperate to save my dog.🥺🥺🥺😔

Great experience at PDSA Hendon. The staff were lovely and really looked after our cat Oscar. They explained everything and were so friendly. The reception staff were so nice. Big thank you to all the staff 😊

Terrible experience. Absolutely unacceptable. This pdsa is filthy, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. The staff are rude, careless, and shockingly indifferent toward animals. It honestly feels like they don’t care whether the animals are in pain or not. There is zero compassion, zero responsibility, and zero respect—both for pets and their owners. Basic hygiene is clearly not a priority here, and the overall environment is stressful and unsafe. I would never trust these people with any animal’s life. If you actually care about your pet, stay far away from this place. One of the worst veterinary experiences I’ve ever had.

Receptionist is absolutely disrespectful I called a few months ago for my cat it was clearly an emergency when I explained the issue she very nonchalantly told me it wasn’t an emergency and put the phone down without a goodbye, I called back immediately off no caller ID and the woman pretended it wasn’t her as if I wasn’t just speaking to her 2 minutes before… I have another emergency due to my cat being attacked I’ve been calling since 9am it’s been an hour and not one PDSA has responded. These people do not care. I understand it’s a charity but you still need some sort of professionalism.
