  Honestly such an incredible vet practice. We have taken our rabbits here for a few years now and they have provided such incredible care, particularly our vet Tana. Everyone at reception is also so friendly and helpful. Feel very lucky to have access to them, especially with very limited vets for rabbits (all exotics). Highly recommend!

  We were hoping this will be our vet but unfortunately we have to choose someone else. We took our cat -first time cat parents, for her first doctor appointment and the vet had a very quick examination, told us her teeth are bad and she needs medicine, took a long time talking to us about the more than expensive neutering procedure and didn’t spent any time checking our cat for anything wrong. Turns out the cat had fleas, which she brought to our home from the previous home. It’s sad that even Vets in this country are trained to sell services over properly examining animals. The staff were lovely, I just think this is the business’ policy they have to follow.

  Always amazing service at Medivet Clerkenwell. Their health plan is great and comprehensive, and the vets and reception staff are so friendly. This team makes vet visits a very pleasant experience — we always leave confident about what’s happening and happy for the support!

  Tana and the team at Medivet are absolute angels. We've been going here for the last 3 years with our rabbits and the team are always top tier. Tana's experience is phenomenal and we couldn't be more grateful through the good times and the sad.

  I came in as an emergency to obtain an Animal Health Certificate, as I was travelling the same day and the vet I originally had an appointment with did not, in the end, have the necessary documents. I was taken care of immediately. The reception staff fully understood the situation I was in and did everything they could to find a solution. The vet was very kind and pleasant, as were the reception staff, who even offered me a coffee while I was waiting. Thank you again! I highly recommend them.

  I want to say thank you to the team at Medivet for their support since the beginning I was treated with love when my budgie passed away. They continue to show their support it’s been around a month since and this beautiful card arrived today unexpectedly. I wanted to give my gratitude

  I wanted to share an updated review since my last. Dr. Tana, Essi, and the whole team just continue to be the best veterinarian practice and most caring, driven, and passionate team that I have ever dealt with. Since Phoebe, they have also cared for her sister Frances and most recently Tiny. All three of our girls had treatment that all extended their lives in quality and quantity due to their care. Through the devastating and heart shattering passings of our girls, and most recently our beloved angel Tiny a few days ago- their unwavering support has kept us calm and focused on celebrating their lives while they lift the grief away from us which I didn't think could be possible. I left our beautiful angel Tiny with them today, and for the first time in a few days I am at peace knowing that Essi and Dr. Tana will be handling her with the upmost respect and dignity that most people would be even lucky to receive. I am so grateful to have met such a brilliant team of people to care for my girls, and am truly honoured to know every talented person at this clinic who are changing the world around them. Their ambition with care has certainly changed our world for the better. It feels silly giving them a rating because what they have provided for me goes beyond a google review and rating.

  If I could give this practice 10 stars I would. As an experienced pet parent I can genuinely say I’ve never dealt with a veterinary practice for small or large animals that is as professional as this one. Every staff member in this facility truly values integrity to their work and provides exceptional knowledge while having gave my pet above and beyond care. Our pet rat Phoebe may actually have a second chance at life because of Dr. Tona. Not even humans can get treatment as fast and results as quick as this service has provided. My partner and I have been in a roller coaster of emotions for our poorly Phoebe over the last few days, the practice’s ability to stay calm and collected and knowledgeable about all care options they can offer or a referral, really helped us stay focused on the care for our girl. I am currently cuddling her as I write this, any extra minute or day or month or year I have on Earth with her is because of this veterinary practice. I will be thankful for them for the rest of my life. UPDATE: Phoebe has recovered fully ❤️
