They look after my mother’s 21 year old cat and are always efficient, responsive and lovely with them both. My mum is 85 so given the combination that’s no mean feat! The vet is patient with the cat and completely considerate and thoughtful. Recommended!

Home Vets London provides a wonderful service. The vets are caring, kind, and approach every situation with great professionalism, treating our little furry friends with genuine compassion. We have been with them for years and could not recommend them more highly. Having the vet comes to our home removes the stress of putting our cats in a carrier and taking them to a clinic, where they would otherwise have to wait in a room full of unfamiliar smells that can make them anxious and distressed. Both Jose and Cesar are great vets and people.

We had an excellent experience with Home Vets London arranging the AHC paperwork for our three cats to travel to France. From start to finish, the process was smooth, well organised and completely stress-free. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the level of expertise and care provided. The treatment we received was absolutely outstanding — professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. You can clearly tell you are dealing with real experts who know exactly what they are doing when it comes to international pet travel. A special mention to Dr. Cesar Moreno, who acted as the Official Veterinarian (OV). He is, without a doubt, the best OV in London: knowledgeable, efficient, reassuring and genuinely caring about both pets and owners. We couldn’t recommend Home Vets London more highly. Home Vet London Dr. Rodriguez was absolutely wonderful. He came to our home to treat my rabbit for a chest infection and showed exceptional kindness throughout the visits. He explained everything very clearly and in great detail, which was incredibly reassuring. It’s obvious he truly cares about animals and their owners. Thèo arrived to our place by surprise, through the back garden. We had no experience with cats (and some allergy) but could not leave him outside. We needed an alternative to clinic vets as we did not want to put the cat under unnecessary stress. By chance, we found Home Vets online and we couldn’t be happier and feeling luckier! César was absolutely amazing and reassuring, answering all our questions (and we had many!!). Thèo is now chipped, vaccinated and healthier than ever, and we avoided him some stress travelling around. Home Vets was the best discovery!

So pleased to have found Home Vets London, and don’t plan on ever struggling with the cat basket/vets outings again! I searched for a vet that would visit the home as I have an elderly cat, and was amazed to receive an appointment the same day. I was unsure about having someone to my home, but needn’t have worried as the service was incredible! Dr. Cesar Moreno provided a very high quality, well priced, professional, convenient, and kind vet service. My cat was instantly at ease with him and after treatment she already seems so much happier today. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who knows their pets would be much happier treated at home!
