Always very welcoming at reception, and in clinics. Always knowledgeable and handle the animals well. Good advice given. Very happy with Mulberry at Sudbury.

A first class practice. Welcoming receptionists, always helpful if you phone or visit. Mulberry has excellent vets and nurses, providing top class care and advice and guidance. I am so happy to take my cat to see them. The reception area is spotless and a pleasure to wait in. I cannot recommend Mulberry Vets highly enough.

Really sweet workers who took really good care off my dog who had to have teeth removed. They are so kind and understanding with him as he isn't too fond of going to the vets

I’ve always had good experiences with both branches but I took my little boy cat in this week for a checkup and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. The veterinary nurses were so patient and kind when he was incredibly stressed and they did everything that they could to help - including making him a little den to hide in. Thank you so much!

I had a very upsetting experience at Mulberry Vets when my cat had an X-ray in June. The staff member assisting us (a pregnant woman) showed very little empathy during an extremely difficult time. After I made the heartbreaking decision to proceed with euthanasia, I was given almost no time to say goodbye to my cat. Within just a few minutes, she returned with paperwork and seemed to rush me into signing it. I explained that I would sign but asked if I could have more time with my cat. Although she agreed, she returned again after only five minutes, still appearing impatient and lacking compassion. What made this even more noticeable is that the reception staff were actually much more empathetic and kind, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, this only highlighted the lack of sensitivity from the staff member handling such a delicate situation. This was one of the most painful moments of my life, and I expected a much higher level of understanding and compassion. Sadly, the experience felt rushed and emotionally unsupported.

It doesn't deserve one star. They are so caring that they peel your skin in 10 minutes . but the prices are terrible expensive. Just for cutting my dog's nails I paid 40 pandas. Local vets charge £17 for the same service. Beware of these scammers. After all, someone works all day for this money.

I had two dogs over the space of a few years on the pet healthcare plan which to me didn’t seem worth it as every time the dogs needed to be seen. I would be charged £60 or more but nevertheless I paid just before Christmas this year I was advised after asking to cancel my membership by a member of staff at Mulberry vets to keep my subscription going until the end of the year of the year and then when I do cancel it will Workout cheaper when I come to cancel my subscription again this was not the case it had actually taken the monthly fee for both of my dogs for the pet healthcare plan out and on top of this, they wanted £60 per Dog for the cancellation Which obviously ends up being quite a lot of money and this did not work out better like they said When asked about what I was told by a member of staff, they told me they had no record of this being said I also asked why I have been charged the monthly fee as well as the cancellation and why the monthly fee can’t go towards They told me there’s nothing they could do Very bad customer service wouldn’t recommend PS, this is literally the first review I have ever written about anything.

Used to take my dog there, very expensive, won’t even look at your dog without a £60 charge, convinced me my beautiful girl was full of cancer that I would cost thousands I didn’t have to investigate. Since then they have put her on strong painkillers and steroids (the price of those increased every month) and after quite some months I thought- but she seems so healthy. Moved to a new vet, repeated scans and my girls organs are perfectly healthy!! Can stop pain killers and wean off steroids. I did not need to tell my children last year that our girl had cancer, didn’t not need to sob together for hours. Did not need to pay stupid money for tablets and appointments all this time- new vet charges less than half what mulberry do so just proves they charge whatever they like. Takes advantage of our love for our pets, disgusting behaviour.
