Visited yesterday as an emergency with my elderly cat. When my granddaughter rang she was told to bring him straight away and we were seen as soon as we got there. Thank goodness he was ok and nothing could be found wrong with him ( he had been unable to walk and had diarrhoea.) He is eating, drinking and sleeping as normal now but keeping a close eye on him. Thank you 🙏

I have used Catley Cross vets for many years and I found them to always be excellent. I never feel rushed during an appointment and they have always shown genuine compassion for my pets. I like the fact that they try to keep separate areas for cats and dogs in the waiting room. All their staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

Brilliant vets. Very accommodating for reactive dogs. Amazing in emergencies. We moved our vets services to them from a less friendly vets and have never looked back. Easy parking. Nice setting. Very friendly knowledgeable vets - all of them have been great. I couldn't rate them highly enough and have got all my friends and family to use them too.

I have been with Catley cross for over 6 yrs, I have always found them very compassionate and willing to listen to any concerns I might have . All of this was demonstrated the other week when we had to put our old lady to sleep due to ill health. The vet and nurse were excellent and very compassionate and explained the whole process to us. Regards

Catley cross are superb, friendly, heartwarming, welcoming vets. I joined them with my dog Tyler for 1 day after an emergency visit was needed and my local vets refused to help. On this day I couldn't fault catley in anyway, to the point I signed up with them straight away. It was the very same day that I had to return later that evening to make that inevitable heartbreaking decision (this was no fault of the vets my dog was 17yrs old and diagnosed with renal failure already). The vet that evening not sure of her name was fantastic. She helped us let Tyler free over that rainbow bridge and was fully supportive in letting us have our time with him. Nothing was an issue and she stayed late past her finish time to accommodate our needs (really appreciated). I will always be thankful to catley for their customer service this day and their love towards animals. Emergency or not these are a fantastic vets to be with. Thank you so much. From my self and my family

I was registered with Catley Cross for less than a year. In previous years, we had brilliant care from all staff and vets who were so kind and caring when we put our beloved dog, Elsie to sleep after 15 years. However, after the clinic had many changes in staff, the care has gone down dramatically with prices rising. I decided to move to another vets for financial reasons mainly, and cancelled everything needed to do so. I was assured, after paying £60 to cancel the pet health plan, that I was no longer registered in any way. Just days later, I was charged £20.99 (for a small Calico cat) for a full new month of pet plan. This no longer includes consultation fees, and really only covers 3-monthly flee and worming. When contacting the clinic about this, I was given no apology and no assurance of a refund. After contacting them another few times, I received an email saying I’d have to cancel my direct debit with my own bank to ensure they would take no more money from me. Again, no apology or suggestion of help. I went directly to Pet Plan, who apologised profusely and had the refund sorted within minutes. They also told me they would have to cancel the policy, as the clinic had not done so - despite telling me multiple times they had. My grandmother has also left the clinic, after she was charged over £250 to check a possible cyst on her cat and was left waiting almost 2 months for results - despite countless calls to them. This has caused added stress at an already difficult time whilst trying to navigate a death and huge loss in my family. Sadly, this clinic has become far more about money than care and I would not recommend their services to anyone anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. Massive shame as it was once a brilliant clinic with caring and compassionate staff.
