Paragon were amazing, we were referred over as an urgent case and we were in the following day, they were super friendly, kind caring and everything was explained thoroughly from start to finish, we weren't local so once initial scans were completed they informed us, keeping us up to date throughout, Luna stayed for 2 nights and we were updated morning and evening with how she was getting on with her recovery, even on picking up after care is fantastic. Can't fault any of the team, were reassuring and kept us at ease not knowing what was wrong with her. We thank you a lot ❤️ especially Olivia and Dan, Luna is bouncing back quickly, trying to keep her calm is hard work!

From a very very sick dog to a very happy camper. The care all the staff took with Moose despite it being a holiday time went above and beyond. All the tests done and the love and care everyone showed was above and beyond. Special thanks to Jane and all those in ICU who weighed and checked and loved him every four hours. He was glad to come home but did not get upset about going back for a check up. He is now nearly back to his normal daschunts self with a soft muzzle. I was kept up to date twice a day and the billing was kept on top off. A huge thank you to all staff who came in contact with Moose.

We can’t thank the whole team at Paragon Vets enough. A special thank you to David Barker, who operated on our dog; Hannah, who was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions at her discharge appointment; and Dan Kenny, the vet overseeing her care over the weekend, who kept us updated while she was coming out of surgery. These are the people whose names we know, but we are equally grateful to the wider ICU team who looked after her so well. We would also like to thank the reception team, who were brilliant, especially when we came to pick her up on Sunday. This team truly represents the very best of what they do.

When our dog Henry developed cataracts due to diabetes, he lost his sight completely. For two months before referral he was blind, and at the same time he also went deaf. It was heartbreaking to see him so frightened, depressed, and miserable — his quality of life had fallen so low that we even considered putting him to sleep. From the moment we came to Paragon, everything changed. Sam, Simon, and James treated Henry with such care and professionalism, and gave us hope when we thought there was none. The cataract surgery was a complete success — Henry can see again, and his ongoing check‑ups have shown he’s doing very well. His world has opened up once more. He’s back to enjoying life, happy and confident, and we truly cannot thank the team enough for giving him back his sight and his joy. A million thank you's to Sam, Simon, James and the team. We also want to mention that Simon had treated our previous Pug, Angelica, many years ago at Calder Vets for an eye ulcer, and was excellent then too. Knowing that history meant we immediately felt Henry was in fantastic hands.

I cannot recommend this animal hospital enough. Our boy was referred here on Monday 8th December after sustaining a broken elbow. From start to finish the love and care received has been outstanding. Words will never explain how truly grateful we are to Davide (Harley’s surgeon) and the whole team at Paragon Veterinary Referrals for the constant updates (phone & email, including photos) and the general care and compassion that was received, you all made a very worrying and stressful time so much easier. I could never thank this place enough for loving our boy like their own and for getting him better. Now he starts his long recovery. ❤️🩹

I highly recommend Paragon as i had the most outstanding service given. As it was a difficult and scary time being a first time dog owner finding out my puppy had a PDA. We was quickly referred from our vets to Paragon , i couldn’t be more thankful for all the team and Chris Linney for there service and care all the way from walking through the door to picking up my Rue after her surgery. Making me feel at ease , assured , calm and positive about my puppy needing heart surgery. I am entirely grateful for Paragon , Chris and the team all the best from Lois and Rue.

Excellent Specialist vets with experienced staff who understand how much our pets mean to us. 5* service from start to finish . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to everyone with a pet who needs specialist care. I would advise to go to Paragon for everything other than basic vet care . They helped my pampered pooch heal from a nasty postop wound infection & make a remarkable recovery. Will be forever thankful to Paragon for this.
