First visit after moving from Morley. Lovely lady on reception. Brought my cats as I had concerns about fleas (not an infestation by any means) I thought it would be a case of just getting the cats weighed and flea drops prescribed but I had to pay two consultation charges each one lasted approximately 7 mins (normal consult is 15 mins) So, final bill £99 per cat! One pipette of drops each inflated the price to a total of £198!! I do understand it was a first visit but in view of the fact I had no major concerns and this was reflected in the consult times (less than 20 mins for both cats) not 15min appointments each. Another example of corporate greed.

I found all staff friendly, helpful, caring and professional. This was my first visit with my elderly dog and wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

The vets here are always competent, friendly and gentle with my cats. There does seem to be a 'medication sales patter' if they can find a way to approach it, but it is a business after all. Prices, I would say are always increasing, I paid £106 last year for 2 cat boosters and yesterday it was £116 for the same 5 minutes, 10% is a big rise.

Massive money making scheme and when you refuse their sky high prices they call the rspca on you. My family was quoted over £2000 for an emergency operation my dog needed. We are so glad we got a second opinion as we managed to have this done for £600 at a private clinic who was so welcoming. They told us that she needed injections which would have been £500. When speaking to the private clinic we attended with our dog, she didn’t even need these injections. She had the operation and is now in full recovery.
