Receptionist I usually very friend but the Vet had absolutely no bedsite manner. My cat was terrified not tried to put her at easy at all. I had my problem with Chantry in the past but at least all previous Vets where kind to my cat. 5 min visit cost me £80 and left none a wiser about my cat injury just very disappointed.

For over 12 years we've used Chantry Vets. More so since opening we've used the Brindley Way Hospital, the premises are lovely & clean & the staff are very professional & caring. Especially Lisa, the vet, who noticed there was something unusual with our beautiful girls leg when we took her in for something else looking at, otherwise we wouldn't have known how poorly she was. We can't thank Chantry Vets enough for the professional advice given to us, the palliative treatment & excellent care given to our precious girl in her last few months.

We had an appointment at 12.10 and was not seen at that time the person on the desk came to see us about 12.45 and said they were running late due to an operation it got to 1.10 and we had been there an hour we ask to see someone cause our cat needed urgent help. A nurse came out and look at our cat then the vet shouted us in not sure what they told us was right because they both seemed in a rush I'm thinking of getting a second opinion.

This is the best of chantry vets many vet clinics, and the only one I would use. Waiting room never too busy and appointments pretty much on time. Only negative is that many of the vets are inexperienced and you need to voice your opinion not blindly believe theirs. Only gave 4 stars as the inexperienced vet who put my sons dog to sleep made a bit of a mess of the procedure which didn't help our distress.

Very friendly welcoming receptionists. They are also very knowledgeable. I saw a senior vet who was brilliant. Very thorough and explained everything as he went along. Treated my dog with gentleness. I walked away knowing what the plan of action was going to be! Very happy 😊

Excellent service. Compassionate and caring. They were so so good with dog when it was her end of life. Received a card and flower seeds to plant. When I received my pooch back after cremation I was over the moon with the items I received, I was just expecting a scatter tube but she came in a lovely big box with scatter tube inside also a cast of her paw print and also some fur in a cute little bottle and a certificate when she was cremated. I could not fault chantry vets at all they were all absolutely brilliant so caring.
