Waited ages for an assistant only to be told there was nobody available to sell me worming tablets until the afternoon. A 15 mile round trip wasted.

Got two rabbits and all setup from in-store with help from one of your workers Chris Crosby he was absolutely amazing and helped us in every way he could due to us coming late even offered to stay behind if we ran late to pick up the bunny's. He was very informative and we will definitely be returning for our pet need. Amazing staff. Wish more stores had members of staff like Chris.

We purchased 2 lovely rats from this pet shop. We were able to purchase the whole set up for them and ask questions about their care with the staff. There were however a few members of staff who were unable to catch said rats due to them not being a fan of them resulting in us having to come back another day. But we will be returning for pet food and toys regularly thanks to their wide selection.
